I've been ordering from this location for a while due to its proximity to my work, but the consistent mistakes have become unbearable. Nearly every time I place an order, something is missing or wrong. Today, I paid for breakfast but never received it, which was the last straw. It's frustrating to pay for items I don't get, and the repeated errors show a lack of attention to detail and care for customers. I hope the management takes steps to improve, but until then, I would rather order from another location and pay more in service fees then constantly paying for items I never get.

First thing first i was in a bit rush so i just ordered iced matcha latte along with chai tea latte and both of them were absolutely bland..Thankyou for ruining my morning with such a blaster and thankyou to the lady at the front counter who was serving me my drinks and giving me a racist look ..I felt really bad ..i wish i could have come back but i had my appointment right after so i was not able to..i have been ordering from starbucks for a while and everytime i order i am happy and content with the service and food ..unfortunately this was the first time i had such a bad experience and i am not sure about the name for front desk lady all you can do is avoid those racist looks and treat everyone equally with a smile..

I recently found a note in my wallet with the name "Georgie-❤️" on it, a reminder of an exceptional barista who served me some months ago. Georgi was unlike anyone else on the team—genuinely warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about her job. Her kindness stood out, making a simple coffee run feel special.

It was her last day, which left me with a sense of sadness. People like Georgi, who genuinely care and go the extra mile, sometimes stand out so much that they seen as a threat to rest of the team. I hope her departure wasn't due to this, as I've experienced that feeling myself.

Starbucks, you had a gem in Georgie. Employees like her should be celebrated.

Foods no good- overpriced reheated sandwiches; nothing special about it- not sure why they even bother... I digress. Not specific to this location.

*** The drinks are decent and good strength. I go here everyday but expect more consistency- sometimes the[overpriced] Frappe is immediately runny and sloppy- suppose be slushy consistency! It’s frustrating when you’re not wanting to be ‘that’ person to complain.. yet I go everyday and give them business ?
That’s my own problem for not saying anything! ?

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and the last handful of times my drinks have been really disappointing. My drinks taste like there is no syrup, even when I order it with extra pumps. Yesterday after tasting my drink in my car it tasted like there was no syrup at all so I went back in and asked for another couple pumps and the girl helping me went to a visibly empty bottle and pumped it with only a little sputter coming out and then returned my drink. I said it still tastes like she didn’t add anything (because she didn’t) and she offered to remake my drink which I could not accept or I’d be late for work.

When making drinks, please make sure staff are putting FULL pumps. I get Starbucks as a little treat on a rough day, I’m not paying $7 for a cup of steamed milk and a tea bag with half the amount of syrup added. If I wanted half sweet I’d ask for it…

Older lady named shaz made me feel stupid while I was there today. Heard her belittling me to another employee over how I ordered my drink. Very unprofessional and plain rude. Won’t be back.
