$8 for two cans of sparkling water?? And then they expect a tip simply for ringing in the order while I grab the cans from their fridge?? These people are delusional. Also Starbucks is under the umbrella of companies that's owned by Disney so if you love Jimmy Kimmel this is one of the businesses to boycott.
Over 30min wait, it’s a joke? Fast food place doesn’t deserve 30 min wait, I would never place an order if I would see a wait time.

Staff are very competent and extremely friendly!
The cashier/barista “Mia” is just so kind and friendly, she makes you feel welcome from the moment you are ordering. She keeps making small conversation with all the customers and she never stop smiling.
In general all the staff at this location has a good working attitude.

Friendly staff and clean store
I order Starbucks 3-5 times a week. Today, I went in with my 4 year old son to request using the washroom for him to pee. I was refused unless I made a purchase. Even after notifying them I frequent that Starbucks multiple times a week, the employees still refused us.

Good experience overall, haven’t had any issues with customer service, the only thing it’s always busy and no straws are available to grab when you order online and take your order. Please leave a stand like in any other Starbucks.

Starbucks is like a second home for me. However, the treatment is dependent on skin color or gender. I was on the line and trying to serve the person behind me when I told her I was the one who came first. She took care of the money, but my coffee was served last. Sonia didn't even realize I was waiting for my coffee; she just served the lady behind me; they looked like buddies. This is not accepted.

I recently had an experience that I feel compelled to share. When I asked for the restroom code, the new employee unexpectedly asked if I was planning to place an order. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and don’t think I look like someone who would cause trouble in the restroom. What happened to basic human consideration? There are many reasons someone might need access to the restroom, including pregnancy or other personal factors. I had already placed my order online in advance, and the young lady seemed surprised by my request.
In the future, I hope your team can be more mindful and understanding of customers' needs. Simple gestures of empathy, like offering restroom access when a purchase has been made, can go a long way in making your customers feel valued. Please have a conversation with your team to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and consideration.

My wife walked in before me and asked for the code for the bathroom. The Clerk was extremely rude and said you had to buy something and to be quick. Not the service I have come to expect from Starbucks.
