Theres a reason why starbucks is closing stores everywhere, couldn’t even get someone to take my order when everyone was standing there texting so i walked out

WORST customer service experience I’ve received, 3 staff members sitting around talking doing nothing today. The only one making the drinks was being ignored with a bunch of drinks to be made, and made my coffee wrong (I’ve seen the drink everyday for 4 years) when I asked her to remake it right she said “that’s how it’s made”. I’ve been a member for probably 10 years, and I wanted to become a regular at this location. I’d rather go to Tim Hortons everyday and cancel my entire app than go here. Rudest Starbucks in the city hands down. 6$ for a drink that was made wrong… go to any other one.

i apologize in advanced, i do not know how hard it is to make tea. but my matcha latte was missing a cup of oatmilk, so it was extremely sweet and tasted terrible. so disappointing. i just cannot grasp how a barista can just settle for this quality.

I went there a Tuesday morning at 8:30 approx. Paid over $6 and my drink was missing about 2 inches of liquid at top... not happy

Washroom are locked, girl at the counter said ,always for customers. Poor service. If you lock your Washroom, you will get less customers. Not a rocket science

Starbucks at The Core was a lovely stop today! I had a delicious coffee and a fresh, tasty fox cookie . The staff were friendly and the place was clean and cozy perfect for a quick break while shopping downtown.

I ordered london fog this morning i was in a hurry so i didnt check on my drink till i was far from the store. Instead of london fog they gave me a tea with a splash of milk thinking i wouldn't notice, i worked at starbucks for years i can tell by looking at it let alone test it. This is not the first time with this location, sadly you get treated based on your appearance

$8 for two cans of sparkling water?? And then they expect a tip simply for ringing in the order while I grab the cans from their fridge?? These people are delusional. Also Starbucks is under the umbrella of companies that's owned by Disney so if you love Jimmy Kimmel this is one of the businesses to boycott.

Over 30min wait, it’s a joke? Fast food place doesn’t deserve 30 min wait, I would never place an order if I would see a wait time.

The cashier/barista “Mia” is just so kind and friendly, she makes you feel welcome from the moment you are ordering. She keeps making small conversation with all the customers and she never stop smiling.
In general all the staff at this location has a good working attitude.

I order Starbucks 3-5 times a week. Today, I went in with my 4 year old son to request using the washroom for him to pee. I was refused unless I made a purchase. Even after notifying them I frequent that Starbucks multiple times a week, the employees still refused us.

Terrible policy with employees on a power trip.

Good experience overall, haven’t had any issues with customer service, the only thing it’s always busy and no straws are available to grab when you order online and take your order. Please leave a stand like in any other Starbucks.
