Really as uber driver I would like to thank all the stuff work in the morning I pick up order this morning and in my way to drop off the order to the customer the The drinks fell into the delivery bag and I tell the customer I will pay a drink for you and drop it to here when I back to the store the lady her name marina she help me and she make the drink for me and she didn’t let me pay for it because I told her about what happen really the stuff there doing great job with big smile thank you guys to be honest the customer service should like that thank u thank u 👍👍👍👍👍

I actively avoid this Starbucks despite it being the most conveniently located for me. I have visited many, many Starbucks in my day - and worked at another on in the city for a few years….the staff at this location are dismissive, disengaged and on occasion, actively rude. I often require to have drinks remade because of small, careless mistakes. The wait time at this location is unbearable.

I had a disappointing experience today. I asked the staff to check the ingredients of the Cranberry Bliss Bar because my child has a tree nut allergy. The lady helping me was not friendly at all and seemed hesitant, repeating that they “don’t guarantee” anything, even though I wasn’t asking for a guarantee. It felt like she didn’t even want to sell it. Not a great experience, especially when dealing with allergies.

After my last visit at this location I decided to take a break from Starbucks. Most likely won’t be buying Starbucks coffee at all and definitely won’t be coming back to this specific location in Bankview on 14th Street. The coffee is not that great and every time I purchase one of the beverages ( usually Caramel Macchiato or seasonal drinks) from the menu it tastes differently. I don’t like the vibe of this place and my last visit left me with an icky feeling. I just don’t think the staff is friendly. I love the giant spider on the roof though! The only good thing about this place.

I want to share my experience at this Starbucks today. John, who served me, was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions with patience and a positive attitude. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me.

It has a nice patio and good set up for working, but unfortunately the staff at this location are not very helpful and somewhat rude. I'm not one to care too much about receiving an overly friendly greeting or anything, but if I'm being friendly and polite, the least I would expect in return is a similar sentiment. Really unusual for a Starbucks.

Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage - Absolutely disappointed and disgusted the Frappuccino gave off a werid after taste in, Absolutely sick to my stomach couldnt even finish it. Food was cold the chocolate Chocolate Croissant was crushed.

Starbucks is always good. The only disappointing thing was that I had to wait excessively long for my order today. I noticed other people who'd been in line behind me getting their hand crafted drinks first.. So I finally said something and then they made it right away. But I guess I'm confused.. This is your business.. Surely u do it ever day? How do u not have the hand crafted dink orders in a queue and make them according to the order in which they were placed?? I don't feel I should have to tell a company how to do their job. This should be a given for this type of customer service business. (and yes I'm a gold Starbucks member)
