I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. I walked in with my 2-month-old puppy in my arms, and was immediately met with rude behavior. I was told that I had to leave my dog outside, and when I explained that I couldn’t do that because she’s still very small, they refused to serve me. This kind of unkind treatment is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such a tiny and harmless puppy. I hope Starbucks reviews its policies and teaches its staff to show more respect and compassion towards customers.

Starbucks used to be a decent cafe when it first started. Now, it is the McDonald's of coffee. I do not ever buy coffee at Starbucks any more. It isn't worth the price. The brand means nothing. There are TONS of local cafes with much better coffee. Why bother with McStarbucks?

Do not order iced coffee from here, even when you tell the person at the till light ice and explain that you prefer it with less ice then what normal light ice is considered, you will still be be paying 5 dollars for a half cup of ice. They do not stir it either so I have to shake it for 10 mins before I can actually sip it. I live very close to this location and stopped going to it for these reasons, until today, and the exact same thing happened. The staff here should be trained by the lovely lady at the downtown Starbucks in the Safeway. I specifically go there now because she listens and makes my drink perfect every time. Her customer service makes the extra distance completely worth it.

I've been going here since the beginning of time, my dad and I go for coffee at this location every saturday morning. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful, they all say hi to us and are over-the-top with their service. The drinks can be quite inconsistent sometimes though, I order peach green tea lemonades a lot and sometimes when I order from here they won't be very sweet at all, sometimes my iced Chai lattes will taste more like milk... this doesn't happen very often but it bothers me a bit because if something tastes different than what I imagine in my head it can make me anxious.

Love coming to the city and stopping here because it’s not too busy where you get poor service but busy enough that the crowd gives a great vibe. The drinks are consistent and are always good, and the mobile order is so fast!
We’ve visited this location today in the morning and ordered 2 cups of coffee,one of them was cappuccino. When we’ve got our order we’ve found out that cappuccino was only full and we’ve asked to redo that. Batista looked at us and took the coffee back and watching at me into the eyes just threw my coffee away. Next coffee was done in same way, half full and half foam. Unfortunately, this experience showed that the customer has no value for this location and when you’re paying 6$ per coffee - you definitely do not expect barista’s attitude in this way.

The manager required training on how to operate this location. Compared to other locations, this has the most employees however they are always busy chatting and at times seem annoyed dealing with the public. The coffee has been inconsistent and if you say something you receive snarky. Not acceptable. Would rather support a different location for meeting clients. | |

I must say, I have been to plenty of Starbucks locations in my day and this is by far my favourite. Their staff is so friendly and so welcoming, it always makes my day every time I go there. I have another Starbucks closer to my house but I always chose to go to this one instead because I love it there so much!
