Slowest starbucks experience in 20 years. Only 3 working and swamped by pre orders. OVER 20 minutes to get 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Staff were friendly and trying hard, but we're down by one today (I doubt the one extra would have made much of a difference, though). Should simoly have more staff AND another oven at this location. Always busy!

Today around 1:40 pm 15 Aug I went with my friends in this Westbrook location , there were two ladies they were Very rude and give us a lot of attitudes . I have been coming in this place since 3 year now me ans friend never gonna come again .
It should have been the store manager — he clearly can’t handle pressure. I ordered an oat milk drink for my child, who has a milk allergy. I was simply trying to remind his colleague to make sure the steam wand was properly cleaned before steaming the oat milk. But he snapped at me, saying, “You’re confusing my colleague — it’s not your order yet. I’ll let you know when it’s done.”
I was like, I’m just trying to prevent an allergic reaction for my child — and keep you out of serious trouble.

If i can give 0, I will not hesitate very bed place special. One lady works there poor customer service .very slow. She talks with the customer like she is doing pleaser on us we are paying with our money so make your face light every thing 0 these way you keep loosing customer

Normally the service here is decent, but this morning it was absolutely horrible. The girl making drinks was downright rude and lazy. She told me to put the cream in my coffee myself, then she kept getting annoyed at customers. I go to Starbucks every day and have never once had that happen. There is also virtually no seating at this location.

I ordered a grande iced latte with a few snacks, and a cookie. I ordered at the front and when i got my order it was the wrong size, whatever. I told the guy who gave me my drink “hey i actually ordered a grande”. It’s not a problem. It happens. However the girl that took my order basically gives me the snarkiest attitude i’ve ever experienced, saying i didn’t ask for a grande.. i did. Whatever though, i pay the extra 30 cents. And then i mention i also asked for a chocolate chip cookie, to which i get the most disgusted look from her, she says “ you did not” in the most condescending tone
,you would think i did something terribly personal to her with the way she responded. I answered “i 100% did” (which i did), then i get the answer “im not going to argue with you”..????? i work in hospitality myself and i know how it is, i know things happen, orders get missed it’s not a big deal but this response is unacceptable. I told her she’s being very rude and i don’t appreciate it. I was very reasonable, i wasn’t rude in the slightest, i just want what i ordered. Anyway i pay for the cookie, only after she throws around more attitude when she asks me whether i want it warmed up or not. This isn’t how costumer service is done, and it shouldn’t be handled like this. I have no issue if an order was missed, it happens but this response? i’ve honestly never experienced this before and at a starbucks?? lol and i tipped too.

here” I said “yes” and she just said the PING WITH REALLY RUDE ATTITUDE

I had the worst experience yesterday (Feb 24th, 2025 at around 345pm) and it was my birthday 🥲
I came in so happy to get my free tea and the young short (Asian decent girl) was the worst barista I ever met, I think she was having a extreme bad day
She got my order wrong, didn’t apologize, no smile, didn’t even say happy birthday at register when I was using my free points for it, I think I just caught her on a bad day sadly
However every-time I do go there most of the is always pleasant and friendly
I felt bad bc I go out of my way to get them nice things for the work that they do
