Asked them for hot water for my cup noodle snack before I bought a dessert drink. Refused to provide hot water without purchase. The cafe was empty. I asked to fill my own cup - no cost for them to do, and they still refused. Heaven forbid I want to eat my cup noodles before I order my frapaccino.
I asked Flames Grill a few doors down and they said absolutely. Got my dessert drink after from them instead.

There is one very particular person that works there who is extremely rude incredibly unfriendly and consistently gets orders wrong, I look to make sure she’s not working or on break whenever I go there. Its too bad because people like Joy that work there are amazing, there’s just a bad apple that spoils the bunch

Love Starbucks but why is the word would you only have 2 people working in such a busy place I had too wait twenty minutes for one drink .... not happy with this location

If you really know about coffee you would NOT drink Starbucks.If you want to feel good about yourself by being able to order a horrendous drink with an extremely complicated name and take a couple pictures, this is your place.But, if you want to enjoy coffee, AVOID this place.With what you pay for a couple drinks in a few months, you'll be able to save enough money to go to Colombia, Cuba or Brazil and enjoy a real cup of coffee.

Super rude staff. There was 4 people behind the counter and all the girls were talking and laughing in front of the guests instead of servicing people. When my sister and I ordered drinks, the girl in the photo we took pointed at my sisters bag and said “look at her bag” to her coworker before they both eyed it and laughed in front of us. She meant to whisper it but we both heard it. Very unprofessional and rude. Not the way to treat customers.
