Worst Starbucks ever. I placed an order on the app, said pick up ready in 11min. I arrived and went in at 15. Nobody greeted me or said hello. At 20 min I went up and asked about my order after seeing many people come and go. He said “it’s in the line up to be made”. At 30min I went up again, asked for a refund. The women who refunded me was rude and didn’t even apologize or offer to make my order right away. I was just a very tired momma who needed an afternoon coffee, who was very patient and ended up with nothing. Will not be back.

Had a great experience! Karen and Maria were incredibly welcoming and funny, which made the atmosphere feel warm and relaxed. The service was fast and friendly, and you can really tell they enjoy what they do. Definitely a nice spot to grab a coffee and enjoy good vibes

My go-to location! The drive-thru line moves fast, the service is consistently quick, and the staff is so welcoming. The pup cups they give is always filled to the brim, and it absolutely makes my dogs day. Truly appreciate this location’s efficiency and kindness!

It's a very busy store, but the baristas still greet you with a smile. I had to wait a little while my drink was being made, but my barista asked for my name and told me how long the wait will be. So it's understandable that there was a little wait. The sugar cookie frap was worth it for sure.

For the past few months of going to this Starbucks, I always get a barista at the window that is so rude, it actually ruins my experience. The women working the drive thru (long dark hair, always wears a mask) window on Saturday Nov. 16, 2025 at 12pm, and Sunday Nov. 17, 2025 at 11am, is one of the rudest, impolite customer service workers I have ever encountered. She does not say anything at the window other than “here” when handing your items, and sometimes barely even looks at us. I try to be kind and say have a nice day or smile but get nothing in return. Not sure why she works in a customer service role if she makes customers feel like so unwelcomed. I’ll be going to a different Starbucks just to avoid this worker going forward.

Their morning team is the friendliest staffs i ever met. They were already smiling before I even step on the door. And theyre waving me goodbye everytime I leave. How great was that? I always feels so good coming into this store and ordering my favorite caramel brulee latte.. kudos to starbucks team! Keep it up!😊
I love this location. My flat white is always perfect. I only mobile order, and the way everyone greets me when I walk in, makes me feel like a celebrity.
