I asked them me make me a hot chocolate and the put milk in my drink instead of a hot chocolate it was all milk and then I went back and I was like this does not taste right and then they just added a bunch of syrup to my drink and then I had to go back again because it tasted like milk after I eat cereal so I went back and the lady proceeded to yell at me saying that they’re only gonna make my drink again once and I would just had to give up and get a new drink. I’m very disappointed with the service that I got today.

Starbucks has just gone down in service, this is the second location in 2 days with horrible service, took 30 mins for a drip coffee order! Only saving grace, they aren’t spitting in your coffee (hopefully)!

What an excellent experience! I usually never go to Starbucks, but after this im going to come more often. Especially Siju,the barista, was super nice, friendly, respectful and handsome.

Just picked up the Starbucks Guatemala Casi Cielo and it’s amazing. Medium roast with such a smooth balance the bright Meyer lemon notes really pop, and the cocoa nib finish makes it feel rich but not heavy. Perfect as a morning brew or an afternoon pick-me-up. Starbucks nailed it again with this single-origin coffee!
I come here a decent amount and since the Reno staff have been not the best. Consistency is not the same and they just don’t listen. I asked for a vanilla bean frap with frap roast that I regularly get. Kaitlyn (orange hair) after ringing up what I asked for changed it to a coffee frap add whip add vanilla bean. I’m a collage kid just wanting a drink not a $2 price increase on an already expensive coffee the younger staff here are the good ones.

I used to go out of my way to come to this location. I don’t know what happened but this location can’t make a latte. Even asking for extra flavour does save their bland coffee. My orders are consistently wrong. I am now going out of my way to avoid this location to ensure I get a decent coffee
