The barista that took my order seemed to struggle what what I was saying even after showing her exactly what I wanted on my phone. When my girlfriend’s drink came it was warm even though I ordered her an iced latte, I was also charged for an extra shot of espresso when I didn’t ask for that. I’m quite disappointed with the lack of an ability to take an order

Very new Starbucks outlet. I visited the old one a year ago and actually preferred it. There were more tables and the interior seemed more welcoming. The pick up lines next to the cash register in the new one didn’t do anything for me. Still—Starbucks is my favourite coffee shop.

everyone had a good attitude, my complaint is i ordered a venti and got a grande and it didn’t taste like what i ordered; i even tipped..i also ordered the bacon cheddar egg sandwich but got the sausage one instead and the bun was so hard it was inedible.service was fine, but inaccurate.and food was horrible, i got too far before i realized to turn back.
