Terrible experience. I was embarrassed and upset on my birthday because I went in to redeem a birthday reward and the white, blonde woman with glasses flat-out refused to honor it. Instead of explaining anything, the associate was hostile, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending way that felt intentionally degrading as well as telling me things about their birthday policy that are simply untrue as I have already read them and reread them after this interaction. She interrupted me, shut down every attempt to clarify what was happening, and made me feel like I was the problem. The whole exchange was humiliating and unnecessary.
A different associate, a younger Asian man, tried to step in and help he was polite and clearly trying to resolve things but the first associate didn’t allow him to and repeatedly refused to cooperate. Between the hostile attitude and the lack of basic professionalism, I left feeling angry and upset. This isn’t a one-off rudeness; it speaks to how this location handles customers. If you value simple, respectful service, skip this store.

Many times they have given me regular milk although I’m allergic and then not even issued a refund once I’ve brought it to their attention. It’s just “oops sorry” I’ve also waited in line ordered and found out they didn’t have the product once I’ve been waiting a while and no compensation either For a company that prides themselves on customer service this location is garbage. Go to legacy instead

Filipino Girl with tattoos who was in the drive thru at 3.30pm sept 25th was so rude and unprofessional. Also didn’t put syrup in my drink and only put 3 mini pancakes

Every time I come into this location, the staff is amazing, super helpful and prompt, and the manager at this store is so lovely. He always remembers me when I come in and makes the experience pleasant! My favourite coffee spot to come to by far.

Went to go get a nice coffee only to wait in the drive through line for 15 minutes! We had to leave the drive through line because we were going to be late for an appointment, when we drove through the side there wasn’t even anyone at the window, ridiculous!

Starbucks is overall meh , plus the menu online did not match what they had posted . No chocolate fraps!!!! 🤔 weird . I wanted the cookie mocha 😪 .. but got the worst flavor of vanilla today . 😞

This is my dad’s profile. I always love ordering drinks here because they always have so much flavour! The staff are so nice and they are always so understanding for my complicated drink orders. Haha! I definitely recommend the Iced Chai with sweet cream cold foam! They always make sure to fill it to the brim with whipped cream! The seats are very comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming.
