They told us that they shut down their ovens TWO hours before closing so they couldn't heat up our sandwich. They gave us the sandwiches in their plastic wraps packaging and said to microwave it at home. That's beyond unreasonable and I've never heard this at any other locations.

I didn't catch their name, but the barista who served my mother and I this morning around nine was awesome! Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and makes a great peppermint mocha. They set our day off on a very positive note, I hope that they get their reuseable holiday cup.
