No greeting of customer, being busy on laptop, gave me a dirty cup. Twice. First cup was full of coffee marks, it was like it's never washed. Totally disgusting. Unfriendly attitude at the till.
Came here to relax, not to deal with these. If you're unhappy with the job, get another one, don't put it on your customer.

We have been coming here because in inside of Indigo, and we always came with our dog. All of sudden, now they don't allow us to come with our dog. Is strange, because we came here with him at least 6 or 7 times. I don't get how things change from day to another, and I will start giving 1 star to this places...

Did you know that you cannot get a tap water at Starbucks if you don’t buy anything from them? That’s what I heard today at Starbucks, indigo in Crawford that is the new policy governed by Starbucks and introduced by the CEO of Starbucks. So I am in charge of biweekly coffee meetings, which is normally set at a Starbucks biweekly so I decided today to stop setting it up at a Starbucks until this ridiculous policy goes out.

Starbucks does not know how To make a "Dry" cappuccino. I'll try somewhere else as contless dry caps are closer to a latte

Unfortunately the staff are more worried about getting home than they are about providing a good customer experience. Store closes at 8:00, but the guy is mopping around our feet at 7:15, then at 7:44 tells us we have to leave so they close up. This should never happen.

Although I could make coffee at home, it isn’t accompanied by the same personalized service and friendly banter. The girls always remember my name, my order, and ask about my family.
