Starbucks does not know how To make a "Dry" cappuccino. I'll try somewhere else as contless dry caps are closer to a latte

Unfortunately the staff are more worried about getting home than they are about providing a good customer experience. Store closes at 8:00, but the guy is mopping around our feet at 7:15, then at 7:44 tells us we have to leave so they close up. This should never happen.

I am always blown away by the customer service at this location, regardless of how early or late in the day! The baristas go above and beyond to start my day off with a smile. Although I could make coffee at home, it isn’t accompanied by the same personalized service and friendly banter. The girls always remember my name, my order, and ask about my family. The unparalleled service and delicious coffee keeps me coming back; thank you to all the Starbucks Indigo in Crowfoot baristas!! You’re the best! TH

My latte tasted good and the instructions were well followed. Staff was neither friendly nor rude, but never asks for cup/mug everything is in a paper cup by default. I asked my latte in a mug/cup , I was told '' right now not available....'' I do not know what does that mean!I was there at 6PM ,by 7PM staff started cleaning and mopping the floor and it was smelling like washroom. It was so slippery with soap that it was very difficult to go and ask for a free refill. When i reached the counter walking with utmost care I was asked to show the place where i have been sitting till now , only then I will get my free refill. I showed my gold card , receipt in my account [which they never give until unless asked for] but for refill they always ask for a proof of purchase.With app i have it, with starbucks card i have it , but what if i do not have any of these two?Too expensive and rewards are too less.
This is a very busy Starbucks, especially after school lets out. I rarely find seating here in the afternoon. The staff are quick at making drinks, so it's not a long wait. Other than that, you know what to expect: it's the same food and drinks as all the other Starbucks.
