I visited this Starbucks and specifically asked for less ice in my venti drinks. The barista told me they couldn’t adjust the ice because it’s “standard,” which I found very rude — especially since Starbucks is usually good about customizations. As you can see in the photos, the drinks were filled with so much ice that there was barely any actual drink left. I feel like I paid for a cup of ice rather than what I ordered. Really disappointed with the lack of customer care and unwillingness to accommodate a simple request.

The outside garden along the drive thru is horribly overgrown with weeds the height of a 6th grader. With the prices Starbucks chargea they can afford a Gardner. If the outside is unkept, most likely inside is the same or worse. Clean it up Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks it’s the best in the city the staff are kind and they make the best green tea in Calgary! It’s never bitter and always fresh. We are served super quick even with a busy line up! Really enjoy this location and only come to this one.

I waited about 27 minutes in line in the drive thru for a latte. The line up hardly moved and it ended up being a 27 min wait. Sunday morning around 11:00 am.

Extraordinarily slow drive thru.. This is 3 times now this week where it takes over 10 minutes around 230pm. I've never experienced it this slow any other time.. Whoever is working at this time please train the employees for better efficiency

I’ve gone here every early morning before my new job on weekends and the drive thru has been nothing but a positive experience. Specifically, Andy and Cat made my mornings so much better with their positive attitudes, the atmosphere here really gets my day started good. 10/10

I recently had an amazing experience at Starbucks, specifically at the location where a barista named Ray was training. Despite being new, Ray demonstrated exceptional customer service skills that surpassed my expectations. In fact, I would say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks. As a student who studies at Starbucks regularly, this level of service truly stood out to me.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Ray for being so kind and caring. Your dedication to providing excellent service is evident, and I have no doubt that you will excel in your future endeavors. Best of luck to you, Ray! Thank you for making my visit to Starbucks a memorable one.

Enjoyed a coffee in the warm sunshine on the patio today, and the nicest thing happened... a barista came outside and asked me how everything was. It was lovely. I've never experienced that before at Starbucks and really appreciated it.

I decided to have my Starbucks delivered today and felt the bag dripping, I thought it was from the rain but the drops were green. I opened the bag to find out my matcha was dripping from the bottom of the cup, somehow the cup got punctured along the way. I'm just glad I had most of my drink left but this is the first time I had a problem with delivery
