Worst experience ever had at any coffee shop in the past 25 years

Waited over 30 minutes for two coffees and dealt with a rude obnoxious employee who needs to go on customer service training

Go to Timmy’s or any other kiosk if you need a coffee or brekkie sandwich

Starbucks you need to sort this out and staff this location properly

This location was very busy and that’s to be expected. Staff were doing the best they could to keep up with the line. The coffee was as you expect from Starbucks. I had a pastry it , and it was a bit dry, but female staff was polite, so that made up for the mediocre food. I’ll likely return as it’s conveniently located when I’m in the airport in Calgary.

UPDATE: This Starbucks has since moved towards the food court area.

We were waiting at a nearby gate, and my wife wanted her usual coffee. There was no line, but the staff were busy cleaning and sorting their snacks and food.

Ordering was easy, and my wife's Iced Americano was made quickly. On first sip, she confirmed that it was made to her liking.

She also asked for and received a cup of water for our little ones to share. Given that this Starbucks is inside the airport, free water is pretty precious and generous of Starbucks.

FYI, paper straws are available by request.

Service was very slow. There was a line of people waiting for drinks and the lady behind the counter was on her phone. The man making drinks was loudly sighing at each order and was moving so impressively slowly it prompted me to write this review. I had a flight to catch in 15 minutes and was unsure if I was going to be late because of the line. I went to ask the employee how long it would be and she just put her phone down and went and poured my tea. I do believe I would have waited much longer if I had not asked. Also the cup is wasn’t full and it is more expensive than usual prices. Not the typical Starbucks customer service.

I salute Ms. Jasmeet for her conscientiousness and patience in dealing with our orders of hot chocolate, tea, bagel, croissant & danish early in the morning on 6/9/24 .

We also met Ms. Karen, a compatriot, who was pleasant and polite in our language, Tagalog. Starbucks must value staff like Ms. Jasmeet & Ms. Karen.

Just had a coffee from Starbucks in E section of Calgary International gates. What a rip off. Cup half full of foam for a decaf latte. Since when was a latte a capuccino. They rely on the fact that you are unlikely to come back and complain. Disgraceful.

I usually only put positive reviews on, but this time I can’t help myself. I went to the Starbucks and thought oh yeah nobody’s here. I’ll get served right away. There were three Starbucks employees and another lady there, blonde hair, who probably was in management. I stood at the til for about a minute and a half. The blonde hair lady and another employee were right at the til and talking to the one employee, but neither one of them said just a moment and the other two employees never even came to the til to get my order. One was cleaning and the other stood listening to the blond lady and other employee..I finally just walked away as was not going to give them my business.Donna Penonzek

Terrible service from the cashier, who did not understand what the coffee of the day was, in my point of view, it was even discriminatory, she made faces as if she did not understand what we were supposedly asking for and she gave us what she wanted

Hi everyone! Just wanna leave a short review about this department of Starbucks. It’s trash service when you are getting a beverage with label “Vladmir Putin” from Indian representative while you are Ukrainian. And certainly without any request 😐Not funny joke? I don’t think so. Who knows those are in the loop

Terrible. If you wait off centre.. and are only one online, they will ignore you. I’ve been to nightclubs easier to get in. The airlines are less strict regarding their line ups.Very exclusive coffee club ??‍♀️
