Very disappointed with the service. I waited for over 14mins and as I was walking away the barista came to the till. Elizabeth the barista eventually came to the till, and did apologize for the wait. I felt humiliated at that point that I waited that long hoping someone would come and take my order. Felt very un-welcomed, like I was doing her a disservice by putting in an order. I ended up just leaving. Leaving this review so that next time, it doesn’t happen to anyone else and that paying customers should be treated with respect.
I sayed decaff latte with oat milk and I payed for it and I got a classic latte with regular milk.. omg.. no that's not right

Messed up order during the Red Cup event. And it's supposed to be ordering any size of drinks in order to get the free collectible cup.

They were not taking my coffee order and were training a new employee. I kept waiting, but they were rude and told me to wait. This is my first time at a Starbucks like this. I will not visit again.

Considering it's inside a Safeway..The service I get is superb and the product is excellent. Nice waiting area and seating. Again it's in the Safeway which can be a bit hectic but I think they do great work here.

Typical Starbucks. Quality and service e and friendly. Keep it up. Love going to a place that is consistent. Don't we all. No unusual surprises? At least no bad surprises, lol.

I don't know why I keep on coming here. Time after time they make mistakes. Multiple times have made my drink wrong. (I did not go back to get them to fix it cause I've gone back to work and can't leave). One time their debit machine was not working and they kept on blaming me for not paying. Then when they realized it was their fault, they again asked me to pay more to ensure their cash was in balance at the end of the night. No apology. Then I call the next day to follow up for a refund and again, no apology or accountability. They also don't seem to know the answer to most questions I ask them. They make me feel like I am a bother to them. They need a major refresher on good customer service. But even then, I will not be back.

Hit and miss, like most Safeway employees in this store they seem pretty ambivalent and bored.Just found out I could have earned Airmiles, like from 2 years ago, so that's lost, since Sobey's family has now dropped AM.
