Let me get started with this review, and is definitely a bad one, compared to the quality of other stores around. First they don't take the time to take your name right, they pay little attention to what you want to order. I came with a group of other students and they got our drinks all wrong. I understand this is a very busy place, but that is never an excuse for terrible customer service.

It says you updated ur times a week ago on google so you apparently close at 7pm but why is it closed at 6pm 💔 like 6:50 makes sense but it’s literally 6pm
The baristas are nice and are trying their best but the last three times i’ve gone my drink has been wrong. twice in a row i have ordered an iced matcha latte and have been given chai instead and have had to wait for them to remake it, today i ordered a matcha and this was the colour.. i love you guys but please do betterðŸ«
always make it wrong. milky. They are cheap on espresso I feel like they ALWAYS put less. my drink genuinely makes my day so sad DONT COME HERE

Baristas are nice and all but mess up my order every single time I’ve gone. I always double check now and make sure they got it right but they still mess it up and give me the wrong thing. I asked for the PSL with less ice no whip, but I got the cream chai instead. When I told them my order again they gave me the PSL with lots of whipped cream which I said no to. I ended up just leaving cause there was long line of people waiting and the staff were busy enough. I never have this issue at any other Starbucks.

Everything is so watered down. I got 4 drinks(on different days on different months this year) and they were so watered down that I had to once chuck a venti frappe in the trash because it tasted like watered down artificial strawberry ice

Brutal. Barista took my payment for a pike place coffee, told me they were in the process of brewing a new pot. Fine, no biggie, I can wait! Happy for fresh coffee.
What the staff member failed to say was they were closing soon and had no intention of brewing a new batch. They gave me disgusting lukewarm swamp water of all the leftover coffee that had been sitting there for who knows how long. Just tell me you’re closing soon and would rather not brew a whole new pot - I’d have ordered a tea or something else! Not hard to communicate, yet apparently so.
Another barista, a few weeks ago, made my latte with regular milk even though I’d ordered oat milk. I watched them do it and they lied right to my face. Can’t have dairy milk, what a waste of almost 8 dollars with a tip.

I customized my order for iced white mocha and it was pathetic
The whole drink tastes like just milk they added a lot of milk with i think 1 espresso and less pumps of mocha

A nice location and atmosphere but, unfortunately, slow, disorganized service. I ordered a simple drip coffee with one milk. My order was missed, as was another gentleman’s ahead of me. After it became clear my order was forgotten, I mentioned it to the barista, who seemed reluctant to fill the order and offered no apology. I know customer service is difficult, but the morning service didn’t seem overly busy on this day and my order was fairly simple.

Extremely slow, I ordered a simple coffee. Barista said I needed to wait 5 minutes if it's okay, and I said okay since I trusted the word... after 15 minutes, I reminded her... She said "sorry I forgot " with an attitude! As a result, I waited another 5 minutes because other orders were squeezed... after 20 minutes for a simple cup of black coffee, I was late for my meeting!

Amazing service! I couldn’t figure out something on the app and the cashier was so patient, kind and helpful. She genuinely cared and was actually happy when it got figured out and I got to walk away with a free delicious item. All of the team members were kind, had smiles and you could tell were happy to be there. The vibe is perfect for studying!

Recently reopened after renovations and things have not changed for the better. While they make my orders correctly, I often have to clarify or repeat multiple times and have had at least one instance where the cashier appeared not to be familiar with standard menu items and had to ask multiple other employees how to enter them, taking several minutes to input a straightforward order with no customizations. Not ideal for such a busy, high traffic location. It wasn't an issue before the remodel.
There's also barely anywhere to wait for your order where you won't block people from getting to the straws, garbage or recycling bins. There was plenty of space before. Lastly, it's worse as a study or meeting space as the large and medium square tables have been replaced with tiny round ones barely big enough for a laptop.
