Hard to give this even one star. We waited just over 30 min for two flat whites as a walk in and order at the counter. It is clear that door dash orders, mobile app orders and the drive thru are the priority now. If you walk in do not expect service. I guess Starbucks has made a decision that sitting in your idling car or sitting at home and ordering a company to drive and pickup your coffee is the most important business. That is a disappointing outlook for a popular store.

Surely the priority should be people on the inside who aren’t idling their cars. Insane.

I ordered in store and used my free birthday gift, Waited 25 minutes for my drink which I think is complete unacceptable. The fact that there was a timer for the drive through orders and not the people who actually come into the store and order is complete bs. Terrible way to run a business, better fix this.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but waiting 20 mins for a drink is a little over patience.
Terrible service. Cater to drive through and mobile orders. Have no consideration for time of walk ins. I’ve been waiting for my daughter for 30 minutes to get simple drinks and she’s already paid so can’t leave.

DONT GET FOOD HERE! DANGEROUS HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE!!! I ordered 2 tomato and mozerella on foccaccia bread via Uber Eats. When I got the order they had substituted it for an unlabelled item that contained ingredients I was highly allergic to. I could have gone into secere anaphylaxis if I had not examined it first. I called the Starbucks and explained how they had put me in danger. They just hung up. I am now reporting to AHS. This is unacceptable and a dangerous health hazard!!!!!

I'm really starting to lose patience with this place. I drive to Canmore almost every Saturday morning, and today I walked in around 7:30 AM. There was no line, but about five people were waiting for their drinks and food. The counter was packed with drinks and bags ready for pickup, but none of those were for the people waiting. I ordered an Americano and a cream cheese bagel, and it took about 15 minutes to get my order.
While I waited, the other five customers and I watched as the staff prioritized the drive-thru. The drinks and bags on the counter just sat there, untouched. My Americano arrived after about 10 minutes, but I didn’t get my bagel until 15 minutes later.
When I finally got in the car to enjoy my cream cheese bagel, I discovered they hadn’t spread the cream cheese on it. Instead, they gave me two tiny containers and a wooden spoon. Seriously? You expect me to spread that while driving?

Waited for 20min with no warning… ran late to appointment. I don’t mind waiting but this should be announced ahead to know what you expect so you can decide if you should wait… Quality of the drinks were as expected and good but can’t believe we waited more than 20min…
