Don't order ahead of you're ordering regular coffee!! They ignore those in favour of the specialty drinks and so you can't rely on your coffee being ready otherwise.

Always great customer service here! They know exactly how to make my drink, and are very kind and personable. It’s often busy (probably cause of the location being on the way to the mountains) but ordering ahead is a lifesaver.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! They can never make a decent coffee, I get the same thing every morning and it’s almost always burnt and bitter. Officially boycotting this location seeing as they can’t brew a proper espresso shot without burning it.

Pleasant staff but the service is incredibly slow regardless of whether you go in store or through the drive thru. I have seen people abandon their order and walk out of the store from frustration about having to wait so long.

This location is notoriously busy (and slower because of that), but this morning (Aug 30th at 920am) they had a younger guy working the drive through and he was HUSTLING. I was so impressed with his sense of urgency, respect for people's time, and general customer service. It felt like he was moving as quickly as he possibly could to not make the wait any longer, and apologized profusely for the wait in the first place. He will go places in life with that work ethic and attitude!! Great job!

We are not being served at a table, having wine service, multi-course servings, desserts and aperitifs or assistance with seating for disabled guests!!!! Oh! Did I mention I'm not a big fan...
