Easy to see from the road, quick drive thru, amazing service. The people who work here seem so friendly and are such a vibe. The music playing is a nice touch it's a great study place. It's Starbuck so of course the drinks are perfect. Sometimes it's busy which makes it kinda slow tho.

The location is very easy to see from the main road. The drive thru is very easy to access and is pretty quick to get through.

Inside the layout is pretty conducive to getting your drinks quickly and have a large seating area with enough places for everyone to sit.

The actual process of getting your drinks is not perfect because the staff seem to be a little quiet calling out the names of people who have placed orders.

It is a clean location and pretty warm on the Winter because of the wide layout.

Parking: The drive thru is quick here too.

Slowest Drive thru ever!

Workers are very nice and friendly! I want to preface, as someone who used to work for Starbucks for 2 years, I fully understand the demands that come with this job. It’s extremely fast paced dealing with in-store, drive thru & POS orders. However, every time I have been to this location there seems to be a disconnect with processing orders. I’m always left waiting a very long time for my orders in both the drive thru as well as in store. The other day I was in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes!! And there were maybe 6 cars ahead of me. And today in store I waited 15 minutes for my drink. For Starbucks, I think that is quite an unacceptable waiting time. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with management, staff training, or the store being understaffed… but I hope it can get sorted out soon!

Terrible location. Never know when they are going to be drive thru only. I prefer to walk and they seemingly randomly close the cafe and have drive thru only meaning if you don't have a car you are out of luck.

Unfortunately I had some bad experiences with the service.

I wanted to order a dragon fruit drink, so I tried to order it in a drive thru, they refused to serve me, because I was on a bike, saying "I'm not allowed to be there" so when I went inside to order, while leaving my bike unattended, they would ignore me, because they were too busy doing orders for the drive thru.

After some of the time passed I finally got my drink, but I had to risk my bike, because they don't allow bikes in drive thru

Trash location. Waited 20 min for order in drive thru.
Served me drinks in broken cups. Multiple drinks NO cup holder , No napkins. spilled all over my car that as just detailed for summer , all over me. Went back thru drive thru waited another 20 min, asked to speak with manager (talked to shift supervisor ) and instead of helping was given attitude and zero attempt to redeem or improve my customer experience. 0/10 experience.

Friendly enough staff but there is an apparent lack of urgency amongst the staff and probably the worst drive-thru layout I've ever seen.

Staff are friendly but slow in getting orders out and do make mistakes on orders when they manage to be fast. Seems that orders here are either slow or wrong, no middle ground. Often times I've pulled up to the window to watch them start making my order as I get to the window.

The drive-thru holds maybe 3 cars before the line blocks access to other business' loading areas or block in parked cars. I'm not sure who designed this but it was a poor decision.

Came here before school drop off to order one frapp and there were 6 cars in the drive through so went in to order. We watched as all of those cars came and went through the drive thru plus about 9 more. I understand online orders come ahead but watching the drive thru and other in store orders come and go while we waited was so frustrating. It took 25 minutes for us to get our drink and the staff were making fun of our frustration. Super rude staff. Terrible service. DO BETTER.

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. I have never had an order made correctly. I will go out of my way these days to get my fancy coffees anywhere but here.
