Extremely Disappointed with Service
If I could give 0 I would.

I don’t understand how, as a paying customer walking in to order two drinks, we had to wait over 25 minutes—only to watch others who came in after us receive the same drinks we ordered, well before us. These were not mobile orders; they were walk-ins, just like us.

Drive thru was busy, yet seemed to be getting taken care of first, there were over 10 plus cars, they were all taken care of in the time frame we were waiting.

After 20 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. The barista said they were just about to start our order—again, after 20 minutes of waiting. Nearly 30 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. As we walked out, the barista who made our drinks shouted, “Have a good day!” in a tone that felt condescending, especially considering she knew we were upset.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. I understand places get busy, but attitude and communication matter. I worked for Starbucks for nearly a decade, and the way customers are treated at this location is completely unacceptable.

I will not be returning, there are better coffee shops around, with excellent service and genuinely seem to care about their customers and the good experience that they have. Seeing since coffee in general is not as it used to be, especially in price.

Easy to see from the road, quick drive thru, amazing service. The people who work here seem so friendly and are such a vibe. The music playing is a nice touch it's a great study place. It's Starbuck so of course the drinks are perfect. Sometimes it's busy which makes it kinda slow tho.

The location is very easy to see from the main road. The drive thru is very easy to access and is pretty quick to get through.

Inside the layout is pretty conducive to getting your drinks quickly and have a large seating area with enough places for everyone to sit.

The actual process of getting your drinks is not perfect because the staff seem to be a little quiet calling out the names of people who have placed orders.

It is a clean location and pretty warm on the Winter because of the wide layout.

Parking: The drive thru is quick here too.

Slowest Drive thru ever!

Workers are very nice and friendly! I want to preface, as someone who used to work for Starbucks for 2 years, I fully understand the demands that come with this job. It’s extremely fast paced dealing with in-store, drive thru & POS orders. However, every time I have been to this location there seems to be a disconnect with processing orders. I’m always left waiting a very long time for my orders in both the drive thru as well as in store. The other day I was in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes!! And there were maybe 6 cars ahead of me. And today in store I waited 15 minutes for my drink. For Starbucks, I think that is quite an unacceptable waiting time. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with management, staff training, or the store being understaffed… but I hope it can get sorted out soon!
