This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have been t which is too bad because I live in the area. 15 min wait for a preorder and then another 5 min in store is really ridiculous. I saw people who had been waiting 20+ min for their drinks. Maybe the drive thru is prioritized? There were not a lack of workers as I counted 5. The workers were not efficient and not trying to catch up despite a group of people waiting. I realize it’s just coffee but I will not be coming back here and will drive a bit further for better service.
The environment was very nosy, and the employee service was terrible.she was expressionless and seemed unwilling to serve customers, perhaps because she was too tired. I ordered three drinks and a cake.

After having six months of the most terrible experience at my local starbucks in aspen, I have started driving out of the way to come to the west hills location and let me tell you it is well worth it. Thanks guys! Even though it may take a few extra minutes to get here at least I get to enjoy my coffee again! You are amazing thanks! They were super busy.The counter was full of pre orders and the dt was busy but my coffee that I ordered in store was ready for me within two minutes.

I ordered an Iced Matcha Tea Latte with extra Strawberry Purée and Extra Salted Caramel Protein Cold Foam. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, the drink was made incorrectly twice — first without Strawberry Purée, and then without Cold Foam. Instead of properly remaking the drink, the staff member attempted to correct it by adding ingredients to the original drink, which was unacceptable.
While I remained patient due to the holiday, the staff member showed clear impatience throughout the interaction, despite the store not being busy. The final remake was still poorly prepared, with visible clumps of unmixed matcha, and I cannot confirm whether my requests for no syrup and light ice were followed.
This experience negatively affected my Christmas, and I found both the service attitude and drink quality disappointing.
I hope that staff had the happy mood during the work. And Happy Christmas.

Your employee named hamna should be fired for mistreating me as a delivery driver and as a customer of starbucks myself went in to pick up and order at the pick area and she asked me to move my bag and myself near the garbage bin like are you serious is this how you let your employees treat your customers???

Great location, friendly staff, and super fast service! Everyone was really nice and made the experience smooth and easy. Definitely a convenient spot with great people and quick turnaround!

indian myself but everywhere you guys go ruin the place i stopped going tomorrow timmies because of messed up order and not preparing my coffee properly . i had matcha drink but matcha powder is floating at the top it wasn't even busy guys come on do better

Extremely Disappointed with Service
If I could give 0 I would.
I don’t understand how, as a paying customer walking in to order two drinks, we had to wait over 25 minutes—only to watch others who came in after us receive the same drinks we ordered, well before us. These were not mobile orders; they were walk-ins, just like us.
Drive thru was busy, yet seemed to be getting taken care of first, there were over 10 plus cars, they were all taken care of in the time frame we were waiting.
After 20 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. The barista said they were just about to start our order—again, after 20 minutes of waiting. Nearly 30 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. As we walked out, the barista who made our drinks shouted, “Have a good day!” in a tone that felt condescending, especially considering she knew we were upset.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. I understand places get busy, but attitude and communication matter. I worked for Starbucks for nearly a decade, and the way customers are treated at this location is completely unacceptable.
I will not be returning, there are better coffee shops around, with excellent service and genuinely seem to care about their customers and the good experience that they have. Seeing since coffee in general is not as it used to be, especially in price.

Easy to see from the road, quick drive thru, amazing service. The people who work here seem so friendly and are such a vibe. The music playing is a nice touch it's a great study place. It's Starbuck so of course the drinks are perfect. Sometimes it's busy which makes it kinda slow tho.
