I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. It's always clean and well stocked, the staff greet me with a friendly hello and get my order ready quickly and accurately. Any time I've had any issues or questions the manager has been quick to help resolve them.

Staff are nice enough but it quite literally takes at least 20 minutes to get your order

It takes 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and messes 1 up. I can’t believe that there’s 2 people making drinks, 1 person in drive thru and no one in the front. No wonder it’s slow getting out drinks. No thank yous or sorry for the wait. What kind of establishment is this?

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks Aspen Landing. I ordered three large mocha lattes, but when I got home, I discovered all three cups were only half full. If I wanted a medium amount, I would have ordered a medium — but I paid for large drinks and expected them to be filled properly.

I called the store right away to report the issue, but the person who answered hung up on me. When I tried calling back, they refused to pick up. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this experience left a really negative impression. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better quality and customer care in the future.
I wish I knew how to add pics to that review so everyone could see it.
