This location is crap been to many Starbucks across Canada and the states and this is the worst location possible outta 4 drinks they got 2 wrong including one of them they had to make 3 times and it was still wrong. Being a basic drink just a trente cherry cold brew

I got exactly what I ordered. I requested that my coffee be well stirred and an ice cube to slightly lower the temperature

I went to Starbucks for my daily coffee and was unimpressed by the customer service from Jenna. She was extremely rude and impatient when I was making my order. She even messed it up, but the other employees were very friendly and fixed my order. Overall would not come back.

Horrible, they took all my money in my gift card. Then they made my drink and one of the pineapples was rotten. I’m never coming back.

Terrible service and attention to detail as well as bargain bin "management".

The girl working the window was and has always been great.

Judging by the other 1 star reviews for this location they just don't care about customers or improving their service.

There is a Starbucks that is 5 minutes further from this location that will now be getting my business.

This morning I visited this cafe and I felt so happy because there was Spanish music playing. The music was so nice that I smiled for a long time. I remembered drinking a Colombian coffee and listening to Colombian music. This made my day. Thanks for a nice moment Starbucks.

This location is often busy, but the staff seem to be exceptionally slow and unorganized. I’m a huge fan of Starbucks and frequent them atleast daily. However the Aspen landing location is arguably one of the worst locations in the city. I think it had great potential but they need to retrain staff or do something about the service. Last week I waited for 35 minutes for my mobile order - I wish I could say it was a one off, but unfortunately it happens at that location all the time.

This is the prime Starbucks location in the SW area. Living up in West Springs, I will bypass our local Starbucks to come and get a drink made here instead.

Staff are super friendly, quick, and most importantly they pay attention to your order. I've never had an issue with a drink made at this location and the drive thru is always moving quickly!

Service was bare minimum, staff seemed miserable and very blunt. They were very unorganized making drinks during the rush. People running around like headless chickens, and it didn’t look like there was any sort of communication or leadership. Definitely a management issue. I understand they were busy but you gotta stay organized and communicate with your coworkers or else everyone will spiral!! I’ve worked as a line cook for many years, I’ve seen it a million times before! I hope to see some improvement!

I usually pick up a coffee at the Aspen Landing Starbucks when working from home, but seems to be a trend at some Starbucks downtown as well. These coffees are expensive so I expect a drink that is filled to the top. Most times my coffee is half full. I just picked this one up this morning….. a grande caramel macchiato $6 and noticed the cup was very light I opened it up and it’s half full. All I had was a sip. I am a loyal Starbucks customer but I am getting fed up and will be looking to get my coffee elsewhere.
