Today I ordered strawberry coconut, refreshers drink, and I ask for less ice even when your employee making in front of me, I don’t know why he did this even. I confirm him that I ask for a little ice not too much just for4-5 pieces , even I wait for 5 to 10 minutes for this drink but he will did this. I am very unhappy with their services. As approve, you can see the picture I uploaded.

One lady didn't understand how to prepare a chai tea latte (another patron knew).
The sandwich took a while, but I got it (a few customers later lol)
She did look a bit stressed (maybe she's in training)
I do love this Starbucks location though (it's nice to sit in sometimes)

Surprised by the overly negative reviews. It can get busy, but in my experience the drive through is generally good. We do order ahead with the app though so not sure if that makes a difference. My order is kind of annoying so it avoids any confusion.

Parking: Usually has spots available but can be tight.

Wrong order, attitude and the drinks not taste like the originalSunday morning, I had symptoms of cold but still have to work. Then went to the Safeway to buy some medicine, then decided to treat myself and my coworker a cup of Starbucks. Nothing wrong until the lady showed me her attitude but the customer in front of me and her coworker. That was funny cuz I didn’t do anything? (maybe I have a mask on to cover my coughing) I am a coffee drinker and stated clearly what I want to the barista but she STILL MISUNDERSTOOD AND EXTRA CHARGED, I’m might fine with the price but her attitude turn me off. I gave my coworker the drink I ordered for him, he just said the tastes just weird and doesn’t like normal. So do I, even though she fixed it but still tastes weird. Well, maybe I should check the review before ordering anything even IT IS STARBUCKS! Sorry but not the second chance?

Way too slow. Just wasted 20 min waiting for my order. And when I couldn't wait any more and asked for the refund, they couldn't even do that. Starbucks across the street in Safeway is way better. Won't do this mistake again.

Not the Starbucks experience one would expect. Slow service, disengaged staff, and inconsistent quality of drinks. Staff argue over charging extra for customization that would otherwise be free when ordering in-app. Misleading advertising on promotions. Not very enticing to come back.

I don’t want to be that guy, but I have been to this location twice in the past week and have been given a hot drink when it specifically said my drink was iced (on the sticker too). I get it’s starbucks but it’s just kinda silly that the baristas aren’t reading the chits correctly (coming from someone who has also worked at a starbucks)

This place has a pattern for overcharging their customers and not giving them a receipt unless you go out of your way and ask for it. Seems to have an unethical strategy. When you bring it to the barista's attention and mention they're wasting your time they don't even bother to try to compensate you and definitely do not seem apologetic. Won't be coming back here again for a while..... Then when you ask for the manager's contact information such as an email the employees say they're not even able to provide it so this is the only way I can bring this to the management attention.

Wow I’ve never experienced such slow service at a Starbucks before. There were 6 people working there and I stood at the clerk for at least 10 minutes. One of the staff workers was for sure stoned and did absolutely nothing and kept going in and out from the back. When I finally ordered, I waited another 10 minutes for oatmeal. When a staff member finally asked me what I was waiting on, they asked another staff person there to get it for me. The lady he told looked at me annoyed and said “uh I don’t see a sticker for the oatmeal”. She eventually made the oatmeal and plopped it wordlessly on the counter in front of me. Super disappointed.

Clerks aren't organized at all. Clerk waited 10 minutes to check and realized they were out of coffee. Poor poor training here.

In line up for over half an hour. Slowest service I've ever seen. Whoever manages this should be in there working.
