Starbucks

We always order ahead on the app to pickup for drive thru and today they made us wait 11 minutes and didn’t start making our order until I came inside the building. Makes it hard to want to support the business when they aren’t time efficient and the things they’ve put in place to establish quick ordering are not used properly or successfully.

Tried to order mocha cookie crumble for my under age daughter, and the lady proceeded to tell me i would be charged extra for cream based none caffeine product. I was very confused as we had done this before. I left without a drink.
Worker's should learn their menu before telling a customer we will be charged extra for none caffeine products.

It's a nice place, and I love Starbucks. The staff are kind and amazing people. I recommend the pink drink at Starbucks.

Never had an issue with my orders and the staff are cool however the location is too small for when they get busy and the drive through can get really backed up but I’d put the blame on head office for the chosen location and continuous inability to design there locations to handle heavy traffic.

The Starbucks employee on the left in the photo just lifted my spirits! He poured extra sprinkles on our drinks for me and my friend! As a pregnant woman, I appreciated that! Haha, thank you!! :)

As a starbucks partner myself, these guys were the embodiment of the starbucks experience! Everybody greeted me with a huge smile and immediately asked how I was once I walked in. such a great team and a super clean store! 🩷

I absolutely loveeeee the service here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are also great, and its a nice place to work. I do wish they had more space for people to work 🫶🏾

One of the better Starbucks drive thru’s in the area. It’s usually pretty quick. Drinks are always made well in my experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying in. There’s not much in the way of good seating.

Adding their own tip. I should be the one who decides how much they deserve this tip, IF they do. I needed to sit and cool down because it's hot outside, but all tables were occupied. One of the tables (1 out of the 3) was taken by four staff being trained or something. Sure, I'll absolutely go on the patio in the heat and drink my coffee, you just sit there and enjoy the a/c. You earned it.
Never going back.
P.S.: I ordered a no-sugar coffee -- now I see they added syrup, instead. ...Seriously?? I never said I wanted sugar replacements!
