Starbucks

A decent little Starbucks, tucked away on 130th Ave. The few times I've been here, the staff were friendly and pleasant, my drink orders were well-made and delicious, and I had no complaints at all! Give this location a try if you're in the area.

Very rude staff and very bad service

Girl working the window today was so rude gave us attitude at the intercom and was just chatting at the window and laughing at us. Also didn’t even tell us how much our order was just immediately tried scanning my phone before even asking me anything or telling me the price.

This is a friendly Starbucks place. I've been greeted by friendly staff with warm smiles at around 1:31 pm this day. Raven was always excellent on what she does and handed me the excellent drinks that I ordered. The speed is awesome, I don't have to wait hours to get my drink. Overall, my experience here is one of the top most this year.

This Starbucks is the worse, highly suggest going to the other one down the street.

First hands me an Americano that was cold, meaning 2 different people would have handled this and neither of them noticed the cup was cold. They remake this drink and while remaking hands me the 2nd drink where the cup and sleeve are covered in caramel sauce. I had to ask for a napkin to wipe off my hands and the cup. Lid on one of the drinks wasn't fully pressed on properly which then spilled in my car.

Pretty busy place in the morning. It took me about 10 min to get my matcha. But the matcha latte itself was very good.

We always order ahead on the app to pickup for drive thru and today they made us wait 11 minutes and didn’t start making our order until I came inside the building. Makes it hard to want to support the business when they aren’t time efficient and the things they’ve put in place to establish quick ordering are not used properly or successfully.

Tried to order mocha cookie crumble for my under age daughter, and the lady proceeded to tell me i would be charged extra for cream based none caffeine product. I was very confused as we had done this before. I left without a drink.
Worker's should learn their menu before telling a customer we will be charged extra for none caffeine products.

It's a nice place, and I love Starbucks. The staff are kind and amazing people. I recommend the pink drink at Starbucks.
