For people who order ahead of time and want to wait for their order before going in, this location sucks in updating that your order is ready. I sat in my car and waited 10 minutes over the time they gave me just to go in and see my order was ready. Service is horrible.

After reading some of the five-star reviews, I'm a bit confused. I didn't get any lovely note. In fact the staff don't even say hello at this location, the orders are kind of okay, the wait is ridiculous and The furniture is old and ripped, & let's face it, Starbucks too expensive to not get it right every time, too expensive to not be friendly and smiley, too expensive for you not to call out the drink orders. This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and I used to work at Starbucks on Robison Street in Vancouver, three times as busy yet we still were friendly and smilling. Even at 5:30am.

I order a white mocha and receive a regular mocha, order whip, get no whip...order caramel drizzle...no drizzle. You get the point. The drinks are never correct, and half the time, it's on doordash, so I can't even ask for them to be fixed.

I went to get some sandwiches and drinks for me and my gf 20 minutes before they close and i got so disappointed i thought it would only take no more than 10 minutes to heat it and the lady said that the oven was off and if i wanted i could go get something else in front :(((

Got a drink thru drive thru and I always order iced londong fogs from other stores but the way this store did this was really bad :( it was super watered down to the point I couldn’t even taste anything but the milk and water. I also asked for oatmilk cause i’m lactose intolerant but this was made with regular 2% so my stomach is in shambles rn. I’m a barista too so I know what the standards are for drinks so I was super disappointed hahaha
