She was also has no customer connection and handled the situation poorly. This is not starbucks best moments

Worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. Staff is friendly, but there is a terrible language barrier in medium noise settings. Coffee is often filled with grounds. Quality of work just isn't there. Mediocre location.

One of their staff member is RUDE, I don’t know this guys name since he covered his name tag for some reason. I came to the establishment 20 MINUTES before their closing time but the line was a bit long, I ASKED the cashier if I could still do the line since I work in retail and I don’t appreciate when people come at closing time. She said it was fine, so I went back to the line and ordered something to drink. The guy making the drinks looked at me when my order showed up and he start approaching to me almost yelling “why are you getting the smallest size? AT CLOSE TIME?”. I apologize because I understand how that feels like but I asked first for the same reason. But he kept going, asking if I was broke, that I was such a stingy person. And he kept going until the moment he gave me my drink, I felt so upset and sad, some people go through situations you never know and some people would just be able to drink a small size!!! what’s the purpose of having a small size if you are not willing to sell it. I wanted to talk to a manager but they weren’t at the store at the time. It’s just wow how people are rude for no reason
