The matcha latte I got had so many lumps of matcha in it. The drink was alright at first; right temperature, and not too foamy. I was enjoying it at first, until I noticed little lumpy texture in the drink after the first few sips. I tried to ignore them as it was not affecting the taste. But the lumps got bigger and the taste of undissolved matcha got too strong (matcha paste does not taste good at all, FYI). I didn't have time to go back to ask for a remake as I had to pick up my car and then head to work.

I’m extremely disappointed with my beverage. It was poorly made, badly balanced, and almost undrinkable. The flavor was off, with no thought given to taste, texture, or quality. It honestly felt rushed and careless, as if no one bothered to test it before serving. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and won’t be ordering it again.

On top of that my barista- Scott was super rude and unprofessional almost felt like he is so UNHAPPY doing what is doing.

Management should look into this !

Painfully slow, finished our food before our drinks were ready. Missing leadership and coordination from someone. Drive thru is prioritized here over in store so don’t bother coming in just wait out the line at drive thru

7 dollars for a drink that is 1/3 empty. It's not ok. And why are you charging more for topping that is almost non existent... starbucks do better.

Kesha was the lovely girl who took my order great service, kind smile, and she even gave me a cake pop!

Baristas have no idea how to smile. The worst service quality I have ever seen. Americano was horrible. It was like brewed coffee with weird foam ?!

Whoever was working the drive-thru around 12:00 pm on October 13th (Asian girl) was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my usual drinks, and she raised her voice, arguing with me over a small detail instead of calmly explaining it. Please remind your staff about proper customer service.

Marc was awesome, very good customer service though the wait was too long. He happily remade my drink when it was made hot instead of iced.
