Let me first say that the employees are awesome. Never do they disappoint.

Now the reason for the low rating is that only in desperation did I seek out a Starbucks coffee. They have some of the worst beans going. Their coffee is terrible. What happened to the personality their roasts once had?

Kind employees, but they lack in time management skills. My mobile order was supposed to be ready at a time of 3:16pm and they told me it wouldn’t be ready yet when I got to the window and told me to park in their parking stall. Didn’t receive my drink until 3:28pm. I’ve been doing mobile orders for years at other locations because it’s fast and efficient with my busy schedule. But this location lacked in excellence, time management, confidence, and did not uphold the standards of a regular starbucks. Pretty unfortunate if you ask me.

This morning, I went through a coffee drive-thru, and the lady taking orders was not very nice—she was a bit rude.

This Starbucks still has enough seating that you can sit and drink coffee. They also have mugs for in-store drinking. It's still a Starbucks chain, but has kept the original coffee shop feeling.

No pride in country, only pride in perversion. Massive Alphabet flag hanging in cafe. No Canadian flag. ???

I came by this store at 8:40pm online it says the store was closed at 9pm but when I came by the drive thru said they were closed and the doors were locked but the employees were in there closing down the store as a previous starbucks employee we were never allowed to close before the time appointed! I was very disappointed and won’t be returning here

Best location In the city! Fast and efficient great staff alway so polite! John is the absolute best also! All around great location

Employees are usually very nice however 4/5 times I come here my order gets messed up and just ends up being milk with ice. It’s not a very hard order either. Literally just missing the whole reason I’m there which is the coffee. Can’t usually take it back in either cause they are so busy. Likely won’t come back to this location unless I’m grabbing a cup of ice.
