Baristas have no idea how to smile. The worst service quality I have ever seen. Americano was horrible. It was like brewed coffee with weird foam ?!

Whoever was working the drive-thru around 12:00 pm on October 13th (Asian girl) was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my usual drinks, and she raised her voice, arguing with me over a small detail instead of calmly explaining it. Please remind your staff about proper customer service.
Marc was awesome, very good customer service though the wait was too long. He happily remade my drink when it was made hot instead of iced.

I ordered same drink everyday, but the barista still make it so wrong, the salted caramel cold foam so flat and no salt at all. The barista added little cold foam for me but what do you think abaut the salted caramel cold foam without salt??? I went here like everyday cause my work right be side starbuck. This is so disappointed

The Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with Lemonade was made better than at other Starbucks locations. The girls were friendly, and service was quick. Would come back to this location.

Took a really long time considering not busy. They prioritize drive through over walkins.
Oh, and I didn't get a birthday drink with the starbucks app open+ID in hand. (Or even wished happy birthday when I finally got my paid beverage)
