The matcha latte I got had so many lumps of matcha in it. The drink was alright at first; right temperature, and not too foamy. I was enjoying it at first, until I noticed little lumpy texture in the drink after the first few sips. I tried to ignore them as it was not affecting the taste. But the lumps got bigger and the taste of undissolved matcha got too strong (matcha paste does not taste good at all, FYI). I didn't have time to go back to ask for a remake as I had to...

Let me first say that the employees are awesome. Never do they disappoint.

Now the reason for the low rating is that only in desperation did I seek out a Starbucks coffee. They have some of the worst beans going. Their coffee is terrible. What happened to the personality their roasts once had?
