Legitimately the worst Starbucks in the city. The drive through staff handed me a coffee with the lid not on, and it spilled all over me and the interior of my car (it was a venti, and hot!). The staff apathetically said sorry and handed me two napkins. When my coffee was re-made no one brought it out to me, while I was trying to clean up the mess. I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. They never did. Customer service or a genuine apology goes a long way.

Turkey Bacon Sandwich was such a fail 😭Bread was so old, the one single piece of turkey was so tiny. The sandwich was so thin and I literally had to take apart the sandwich to see if there was cheese. Bread was firmmm. Could not taste turkey or cheese.
Would not recommend. Definitely been to better Starbucks locations. I understand that it’s not made fresh every single time but this was actually awful! 🥲🥲

Terrible service, slow and usually when you a enter a starbucks now they always welcome or greet you. This one did not and the older lady working today was rude at the till so I did a mobile order and understand it takes time but 4 people working and standing around and had to wait for an in store order with no one waiting for a drink. Just awful starbucks to go dine in. Also Did not call my name when my drink was made. If I could give a 0 star I would and check out the 130th ave or any other Starbucks.
The service/staff here first off are amazing! They get to know you on a personal level and what you like to order. The only downside is this store is dealing with constant equipment issues and at some points limited staff showing up for work. Store needs a good equipment upgrade as it's showing its age and some wage increases for the amazing staff as well!

Would never think I ever leave any star review other than 5 starts. I’m always please with the Starbucks. I guess you should when you pay 3x price for a similar product.
I always get my flat white no milk with heavy cream no sugar sub with sugar free syrup. This time I’ve repeated my order twice and the person seemed to understand it perfectly. Still receive the order with the milk. Besides it doesn’t taste as good as with cream there’s some other reasons people ask for subs including health or dietary guidelines.
I get it mistakes happen but please be pay attention. We pay premium price and at least want to get what we ordered
