I’m 12 years old, and when I walked in, they forced me out complaining that they were “closed” even though the door was unlocked. Me and my dad went into the drive through, and the people in front of us got served but when it was our turn they didn’t serve us and we waited for 15 minutes. Also the people in front of us were white and we are black. I really like Starbucks and the food and drinks they have is quite delightful, but the service and atmosphere in the Douglas Square Starbucks was not welcoming.

Ordered a iced coffee from them and was given a hot coffee. Asked if they can switch into an iced coffee and refused to remake and made me pay for a second coffee. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff here.

I’ve been through the drive-thru a few times recently and noticed something odd with the payment prompts. The first couple of visits, the machine asked for a tip, no problem at all, the employees were nice and I know they work hard. On the third day, I went back for a coffee, but this time there was no tip option, just a prompt to tap, so I assumed maybe the store had stopped asking for tips.

The next day, though, the tip prompt came up again, which left me feeling a bit confused and wondering if, on the previous day, the person working the drive-thru (younger male) might have added a tip without me noticing?

Just a heads-up: always grab a receipt and double-check. I usually leave tips, but this experience has me feeling a little taken advantage of and questioning how many times this might have happened.

Went in here today with my family and your employee Kay was extremely rude and fighting not only with customers (with us) but with employees swearing and yelling. My son wasn’t sure what he wanted and when we did finally ordered she rolled her eyes and started slamming food and such. This was unprofessional and I ended
up not ordering anything. Don’t take your anger on customers, if you are having a bad day go in the back and take 5 mintues to yourself. This isn’t the first time that I have seen Kay fighting and swearing with employees

Have noticed perhaps an owner or franchisee change as of late. This store has been going downhill for about a year now. Slower than most other Starbucks in terms of speed. I can and will wait for quality items and busy times . Usually I send a cell phone order and give them 10-15 minutes and in the past it has been ready when I get there. Now it’s never ready and half the time they walk over and the sticker is still sitting on the label machine. I love their app. and usually most things about this chain. Seems to be a little off. Perhaps a visit may be in order from HO.

Legitimately the worst Starbucks in the city. The drive through staff handed me a coffee with the lid not on, and it spilled all over me and the interior of my car (it was a venti, and hot!). The staff apathetically said sorry and handed me two napkins. When my coffee was re-made no one brought it out to me, while I was trying to clean up the mess. I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. They never did. Customer service or a genuine apology goes a long way.
