I recently visited the Starbucks at Chinook North Main and had a disappointing experience with the customer service provided by a server named Margaret. While I understand that everyone can have off days, her approach was quite rude and unprofessional.
As I was looking for my cash to complete the payment, Margaret made a comment that felt unnecessary and condescending, asking, "Are we just gonna hang out here?" This made me feel rushed and uncomfortable during a simple transaction.
Customer service should be about creating a welcoming atmosphere, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope that management can address this behavior to ensure all customers feel valued and respected.

Baristas are incredibly slow and would rather talk to each other than make coffees. They already turn off their mobile ordering during the weekends and yet with less workload from this you still wait 20+ minutes for a coffee if you order at the register
I ordered a venti White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino, and they gave me a grande hot one instead! The mall is about to close, and I’m in a rush, so I can’t even do anything about it. What kind of incompetent service is this? Starbucks is so expensive, and I rarely treat myself, only for them to mess up my order like this!

Worst service ever. They got the order wrong and they just casually say they punch it. They obviously don't know the difference of a tall and venti. Moreover, they were giving cops free drinks and it was frustrating since we were going to order , they were rushing because it was closing. They should have been nicer about it and made up for their mistake. Literally ruined my day. Incompetent and rude.

Ordered iced shaken expresso with light ice. More than half of the cup was full of ice, when I asked the store supervisor she started arguing with me instead of helping out and understanding what i was saying. She was talking to me rudely and i wasn’t expecting that at all. It was disrespectful. I hope they treat people kindly. That experience talking to them ruined my mood and eventually my day.

I showed the barista my order request instead of saying it aloud, and while he was initially friendly, he seemed annoyed about reading it, which made me uncomfortable to reconfirm my whole order. When the drink was ready, it was clear the mistake was on their end—my order was supposed to have “Light Ice,” but they added “Extra Ice.” The other Starbucks in the food court made it correctly. When I pointed this out, the barista seemed frustrated, shaking his head and saying, “I WILL MAKE UR ORDER EXACTLY LIKE U SAID.” It’s unprofessional to make a comment like that; as a paying customer, I expect my order to be made as requested. In retail, if a mistake is made, it’s your responsibility to fix it, not react negatively to the customer.

I was shocked by my experience at Starbucks. I just ordered a cup of coffee, and I ended up getting a lecture.
I ordered an iced espresso on mobile and the owner(a male) didn’t allow me to customize add more than one milk next time. He said if I ordered it again it will cost me another price. This was my first time that the staff said this, which I was very surprised.
I am not happy with their services here and will not be going to that Starbucks ever again.

I have good experience with this starbucks in mall. It does get busy at some points and drinks do come a bit late. But their employees are all nice. Also this is quite an interesting way to spell my name.

I went to this Starbucks a few days ago and I had ordered a grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. They had charged me $8 for this drink and I was confused and later asked about it when I recieved my drink. They said there was an extra charge for the Vanilla cold foam that I never asked for. I told them this was a mistake and they remade my order. After getting my second order fixed and talking with the manager I thought it was obvious to give me a refund since I paid extra for the cold foam that I did not order. I got my drink and asked again if a refund would be processed and the worker there told me their manager had already processed it and I would be refunded. It has been over 2 days now and I have gotten nothing back. I am very disappointeded with the customer service. I would not come back to this location.

Never been to Starbucks. Wanted something cold and sugary. So they got me basically an ice cap like Tim's would, for double the price. But they didn't mention a straw was needed? So in my hurry to get out and catch my train I realize far too late I have no straw and now I'm stuck with this drink I can't even consume? Thanks Starbucks. I realize this is such an entitled complaint but if your going to give someone who's never ordered at Starbucks before a drink that needs a straw, come on you should mention it
