I have one suggestion and its about your handicap parking. I recently became disabled but find it almost impossible to park in your handicap spot. If there's a line up for your drive through it's almost impossible to get out of the parking spot. If it was on the opposite side it would be easier to get in and out of. Otherwise your store, staff and coffee is always amazing!

Wow…had the absolute pleasure of meeting Barista Glenn today. He restored my faith in Starbucks! While sometimes I wonder the worth of the $6 tall americanos, the genuine kindness & friendliness of Glenn made it worth every penny. Hope that management at this location values him & treats him well.

I am heartbroken, disgusted, and deeply disturbed by what happened to my family at this Starbucks on May 6, 2025, around 7:30 p.m.
My auntie’s 8-year-old twins and their 70-year-old grandmother went inside to quietly wait for their mom, who was just 10 minutes away and planned to buy drinks, like she always does. The store was not busy, they weren’t loud, and they weren’t disturbing anyone.
A staff member walked up and told them, “You’re not our customers,” and forced them outside into the cold wind. Two small children and a senior woman who doesn’t speak English — humiliated and left standing outside for doing absolutely nothing wrong.
When their mom arrived and asked why, staff said it was “policy” that people cannot sit without buying something. When asked to show this policy, they couldn’t — just pointed to a blank window with nothing posted. The employee then phoned the store manager, who fully supported this decision. No apology. No compassion. Just cold and robotic enforcement of a policy that doesn’t even exist publicly.
I contacted Starbucks customer service. A supervisor told me that even if it’s -40°C and snowing, someone without a purchase is expected to wait outside. I asked:
“If I buy coffee but my toddler doesn’t get a drink — are we both allowed to sit?”
Their answer: “No. Your child is not a customer.”
I asked:
• What if I’m waiting for my husband to park?
• What if someone is in line, on the menu, or taking a phone call?
• Are we all subject to being kicked out for not ordering immediately?
Their answer was clear: if you haven’t bought something yet, you’re not a customer — even if you plan to. That includes babies, kids, and seniors.
So I asked: if I recorded people in the café for a day, could Starbucks guarantee that every single person who sits or uses the washroom is screened for proof of purchase? Of course not. Because this “policy” is not enforced equally.
Then they admitted it’s an internal rule, changed in January 2025, but still:
• Not posted online
• Not displayed in-store
• Not part of Starbucks’ public Code of Conduct, which only says their spaces are for “partners and customers” — nothing about purchase being required.
So why was my family treated this way?
Was it because they’re immigrants?
Because they don’t speak English?
Because they looked like they had no money?
Because they weren’t white?
This was discrimination — and I don’t say that lightly.
The Alberta Human Rights Act protects people from being treated differently in public services based on race, age, language, and family status. And that’s exactly what happened here. We are seriously considering filing a human rights complaint. This wasn’t just bad customer service — it was cruel, discriminatory, and publicly humiliating.
And the fact that the manager supported it makes this so much worse.
Starbucks, you failed my family. You caused real harm. We will not be silent about it.

I think one of the worst locations Starbucks.
Didn’t put sugar at all, coffee tastes burnt.
Sometimes tastes like milk with water.
9 of 10 orders with issues.
Better to drive to other locations

This is our regular spot because it’s close to home. But it’s also a great spot with great service. Always a friendly welcome and the orders have always been spot on. We also appreciate that they offered a pup cup when they saw our dog, thought it was very considerate. Awesome location, glad it’s close by.

This morning I ordered a salted Caramel cream cold brew which usually you are able to taste a strong coffee flavour. Today it tastes of pure sugar no coffee at all, very disappointing! I’ve also noticed that the prices at this Starbucks seem to be a lot higher than others around. Very disappointing to spend over $6 for a coffee for it to taste like pure sugar! Will definitely not be coming back!
Hardly ever drink Starbucks now and their failure to maintain their brand image is apparent across stores. I was begrudgingly given a sleeve for my latte at this location and told that they only give sleeves with black coffee. If I am going to spend 6-7 bucks on a coffee, you're not doing me a huge favour by providing a sleeve. Do they want people to use more napkins than needed just to hold a hot cup? How is that even more environmentally friendly?

I understood this place was so busy. But my iced coffee is too mild, even I couldn't feel anything 😪
I went in to this Starbucks to get some work done, and every single seat was full. The barista was SO NICE, and she gave me a recommendation for a different cafe I could go to that was nearby. (Sierra Cafe). I’m giving this a 5 star rating because of her. The chocolate croissant was also delicious.
