I was having an off morning, rushing to get to class, and I had to stop to get some breakfast --- so I quickly put in my order for pick up. Once I arrived I was waiting for a bit longer than expected and I realized I had ordered at Sarcee Trail not Plaza. I quickly went up and let the baristas know and they rushed to make my order and didn't charge a cent. They made my day!

They messed up my drinks and charged an extra one, but when I called and spoke to Cal he was very apologetic and understanding. Definitely would encourage reaching out to them first before complaining here

Went through the drive-thru here this morning for a treat and one of the lovely male staff members(didn’t catch his name) offered my puppy a pup cup. I didn’t know this was a thing! She was more than pleased. Thank you!

two times in a row I’ve gone through the drive thru I’ve either had a wrong order given to me/ missing items, sucks because I always leave an extra tip on top of paying for items that are either missing or incorrect :/
Got a parking ticket for going into Starbucks in a terrible parking lot and getting coffee won’t be back to this area. Comical having parking meters at this mini mall

Ordered two identical drinks today - both needed (keyword NEEDED) to be made with soy milk. Got home and found out they made one with soy and the other with normal milk. I genuinely don't understand; all you had to do was make them exactly the same with soy, and that was apparently too much to ask for.

I have one suggestion and its about your handicap parking. I recently became disabled but find it almost impossible to park in your handicap spot. If there's a line up for your drive through it's almost impossible to get out of the parking spot. If it was on the opposite side it would be easier to get in and out of. Otherwise your store, staff and coffee is always amazing!

Wow…had the absolute pleasure of meeting Barista Glenn today. He restored my faith in Starbucks! While sometimes I wonder the worth of the $6 tall americanos, the genuine kindness & friendliness of Glenn made it worth every penny. Hope that management at this location values him & treats him well.
