I order a mocha every morning. Every single morning. Unfortunately, I live near this one so some mornings it's just convenient if ther nis not another Starbucks on the way to next stop.
But the inconsistency is astounding. Only 1 out every 3 drinks tastes like decent. The rest are either your selection taste of mud or milk.
For a formula drink... How do they not taste at least similar?

Excellent location. Comfy, clean and spacious. Staff are quick, friendly and drinks are always up to my Starby's standards. Special shout out to Toma who is always so pleasant and introduced me to what is now my favorite matcha modification. My go-to coffee spot in this neighborhood!

While I love walking to this Starbucks because it’s nearby, unfortunately they always seem to forget something or mess it up in a way. I ordered a pink drink, they forgot the strawberries. I ordered a Frappuccino once and it had a mosquito in it, which I know isn’t their fault but they could have double checked it better. I ordered a hot sugar cookie oat milk and I get just steamed milk.

Staff members (shift lead included) are not following protocol and are hoarding the limited edition merchandise for themselves instead of lining up like regular customers to buy them.

I was having an off morning, rushing to get to class, and I had to stop to get some breakfast --- so I quickly put in my order for pick up. Once I arrived I was waiting for a bit longer than expected and I realized I had ordered at Sarcee Trail not Plaza. I quickly went up and let the baristas know and they rushed to make my order and didn't charge a cent. They made my day!

They messed up my drinks and charged an extra one, but when I called and spoke to Cal he was very apologetic and understanding. Definitely would encourage reaching out to them first before complaining here

Went through the drive-thru here this morning for a treat and one of the lovely male staff members(didn’t catch his name) offered my puppy a pup cup. I didn’t know this was a thing! She was more than pleased. Thank you!

two times in a row I’ve gone through the drive thru I’ve either had a wrong order given to me/ missing items, sucks because I always leave an extra tip on top of paying for items that are either missing or incorrect :/
