I went in to this Starbucks to get some work done, and every single seat was full. The barista was SO NICE, and she gave me a recommendation for a different cafe I could go to that was nearby. (Sierra Cafe). I’m giving this a 5 star rating because of her. The chocolate croissant was also delicious.

This Starbucks is very much removed from what Starbucks aspires to be as an organization. It is a management issue. There is an underlying distrust of customers. They wanted photographic proof of a drink error they made. They will only do refills in a ceramic mug (in case guests leave with their refill). One server pointed out where the garbage was instead of just putting an item in the garbage themselves (I left it for them). Just a terrible guest experience which is ultimately a management issue. Their regional management needs to re-orientate their store manager and servers.

Parking: Parking is free, but you need to register your vehicle. There is signage with the QR code in the lot and posted on the buildings as well.

To the VERY large lady at the drive thru today at 320pm.. you are absolutely rude. It is unacceptable to assume that all patrons are aware of the pricing changes... not only to argue with me but to make me feel dumb and to be so concided is quite concerning when you're in customer service... and you didn't even get my order right.

Please forever keep Joely she is the most lovely lady ever to exist. She let me watch her make all the drinks and she was so sweet to me and my friend. She has such an amazing aura about her and even through a big rush she was still engaging in conversation with me! Such an amazing girl!!

My sister and I came in about a week or so ago and there was someone working there (I think her name is Joely) who gave the best experience ever. She was so warm, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Awesome experience and thank you for being so awesome!

I didn’t realize I needed to scan my app first to earn stars. Usually other Starbucks’ will remind you to scan. This drive thru lady just says “oh, you needed to show me that first. Bye!” Not impressed. Do better.

Not a great experience this morning I skip drive through to skip the long line up so I went inside to order coffee and 1 lady greeted me but then she is not helping me she turn around and chating with other co worker I waited 3 mins but they didn’t approach me standing there I was in a rush so I have to leave the store without coffee there are 9 or 10 barristas but no one came to me and take my order..
So what is the use of having lots of barristas but even one can’t come to you to take your order?
Not happy today ..😢🙁😕
