I come to this branch often because it’s close to home. The staff are friendly, and even though the quality of the drinks can sometimes vary, I usually don’t mind much. This time, I ordered a lavender cream matcha latte. When I picked it up, I noticed the pink color on the lid and thought the cream was there. But when I opened it, there was no cream at all. I’m not sure why they thought this was okay to serve. It was a little disappointing.

Just stopped by for a warm fall drink and had the nicest experience: Amir (the barista) was friendly and kind, and when my phone app coupon wouldn't work for a for a free bakery treat, she gave me one as a surprise Honestly, she just made my day. She also has a smile that could light up a city.
Also my pecan crunch latte is delicious.
