The lady who made my drink made it sooo perfectly!! She was very nice answering all my questions and made my drink fast! 😊 she even wrote a lil message for me despite it starting to be busy! It was my first time buying the largest size and I was scared that it may not taste good but I drink everything and it tasted really perfect. It was mixed well and it wasn’t so sweet! So grateful!

When I stopped for coffee at Starbucks on Seton Way inside Save a Food supermarket, I noticed that one employee Araya finished her lunch break. She went to serve customers straight without washing her hands. Is it a normal norm at your coffee shop? Not a healthy and hygienic atmosphere.

Usually I drink Starbucks first for the beans quality but also for the customer service (since you are paying 3x than a regular coffee). I tried this one in the morning, very poor service . I ordered feta wrap and egg bites and both sold out (7:30am). Not cool !

The Starbucks was supposed to be open until 7, but they tried closing down early. There was a trainee making the drinks and it took a very long time. The staff was nice but what has happened to customer service?

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my coffee today, and NO I’m not exaggerating it was exactly 30 minutes from I placed my order for TWO REGULAR COFFEES until I actually got them. Starbucks what the heck?!!!!

I have visited Starbucks coffee shops all over the world. I go there at least once a week. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
The place is filthy. Actually worse then filthy, absolutely disgusting. Cabinets are covered in gunk, paperwork thrown around everywhere. Flies everywhere, and the countertops were covered in filth. And the staff were re-using every item without even rinsing.
I had two people infront of me in line who ordered only drinks. I waited about 20 min to get my drink...and it was wrong. After seeing the state of the place, I decided I didn't even want one and asked for a refund. One of the ladies infront of me also got the the wrong drink
Will not be returning. Waited 15 minutes for one latte that was made wrong. I would advise to choose a different location.

Would avoid going to this place. Pathetic customer service, customer at starbuck or any coffee shop , stops for grabbing coffee and how long it takes 5 min max i would say. Went to get 2 coffee today and the staff was talking to each other and when i approached no smile, she quickly took the order and left even there was no line up. Did not felt she wanted to do her job. Secondly i ordered two coffee but its in save on food shopping centre , i had shopping with me so i asked for tray, she quickly replied that she don't have one today, both staff wanted customer to just leave ad i saw they behaved same with other customers too. I was looking at them they were si busy talking to each other that they did not wanted to do work , well not my problem but not this place anymore .
