This location really seems to consistently struggle with being out of items. Many food items, whipped cream (you're in a grocery store.. could probably fix this one quick and easy) plus at different times have been told the oven is turned off daily at certain (ever changing) times. Not my fave location for a good Starbucks experience.

Went and got a coffee. The brown sugar oat shaken espresso. Got some espresso, all ice, splash of milk. Tasted like trash, I had to put the lid on myself. The girls didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Said thanks and no one even looked at me.

If you want your hot coffee to be 2 hours old and room temperature on a recurring basis from staff who are nonchelant about customer service, this place is for you. Complaining will get you nowhere because the staff don't seem to care enough to even wipe the counters.

The lady who made my drink made it sooo perfectly!! She was very nice answering all my questions and made my drink fast! 😊 she even wrote a lil message for me despite it starting to be busy! It was my first time buying the largest size and I was scared that it may not taste good but I drink everything and it tasted really perfect. It was mixed well and it wasn’t so sweet! So grateful!

When I stopped for coffee at Starbucks on Seton Way inside Save a Food supermarket, I noticed that one employee Araya finished her lunch break. She went to serve customers straight without washing her hands. Is it a normal norm at your coffee shop? Not a healthy and hygienic atmosphere.

Usually I drink Starbucks first for the beans quality but also for the customer service (since you are paying 3x than a regular coffee). I tried this one in the morning, very poor service . I ordered feta wrap and egg bites and both sold out (7:30am). Not cool !
