When into this Starbucks, which is inside of a Savon food, not an overly relaxing or welcoming atmosphere, and very cold, due to it being beside the entrance doors. I gave the clerk my order not twice, but three times and watched her write it on the cup Exactly how I ordered it but when I got my drink order, it was missing ingredients as they had run out weeks ago, but neglected to say that when I ordered the drink. No drink was offered to be remade and no further action was taken by the staff, even though they failed to inform me of the missing ingredients for an active item on their menu. Definitely will not go back to this Starbucks.

Horrible customer service. I had to wait for the girls working to stop talking and when she finally looked at me she looked and sounded miserable that I was waiting for service. All she said was a rude “hi” and then didn’t say another word to me. I then overheard the girls talking and complaining about people, loudly enough that I and other customers could hear. It was a very hostile atmosphere. Other Starbucks have some of the nicest people working at them, but this was a very bad experience. This was on February 18th, 2024 at 2:00pm.

The two guys behind the counter were super pleasant and very quick. My drink came out right away and yummy, just what I needed.This location is in the corner of the sobeys, so not very cozy, but can't fault the staff for that.

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Went to this unit specifically to buy 6 drinks as a Xmass appraisal to the staff at a nearby store. The 2 ladies working there were very rude with us, didn't put lids on the drinks, cups were dirty, and my complaint they didn't do anything.Although I didn't let them ruin my good attitude, me and my family will no longer be using this Starbucks unit.I am wondering where are the owners of this unit?This a deviant Starbucks unit in terms if customer service.

The place is always busy and has long wait times as normally there is one person working at this location. Today, however, there were two girls working, and there was no line when we came, and yet we still had to wait for 10 minutes, and then we left as nobody was paying any attention to us. One of the girls was busy with a previous order, but the other one was washing one container for 5 minutes straight and then drying it with paper towel for another 10 minutes without saying anything to us or acknowledging us waiting in any sort of way. A line formed behind us, and people did not understand what was taking so long, while, in reality, only one girl was working while the other one was intentionally ignoring us. I don't mind waiting when it's very busy and one person is serving people, but today we felt like it was utter, intentional disrespect, and we were not happy about it. It happened around 2 pm on December 23rd.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews! This Starbucks is the best, I’ll even go out of my way to go to this location! The girls are always super friendly, fast and will make me any weird concoction that I’m feeling that day! Keep rockin’ it girls & don’t mind all of the complainers! :)

I went to this location today to get a pumpkin spice latte and I noticed there were 3 people waiting for drinks and two people in front of me getting their order. As I was waiting I realized that the one girl must have been fairly new at the job as she was asking for help at the till. As the other girl was finished the one drink and customer were still waiting for their order that one worker could care less about making the other people drinks waiting in line and started to fill up the teas. The one customer waiting had peeked around the counter seeing where her drink was and the worker eventual grab it and proceeded to make the drink but you could tell she was in no rush to do so. When the new higher was done with the tills she started helping making the drinks as the other worker than quit making the drinks and made her make all them as she picked her zits waiting at the till. I personally found the disgusting and embarrassing for your Starbucks. I felt bad for the new higher. I feel there is a time and place to train and when you have a line up your customers are you number one priority in my opinion. Not sure if you have a high turnover, but this could be the reason why if you do. This is coming from a former barista.

I noticed the number of negative reviews about this location and was really surprised. I stop at this location on the way to work fairly often. While there have been a couple of spells where experienced staff turnover happens and the trainees struggle to keep up, the only real inconvenience I've experienced was a slightly longer wait time. I can describe most of the staff at this location as friendly, courteous, and prompt. They even remember my drink order and to ask if I'm using my reusable cup.
