This starbucks location is literally the best i have tried, the vibe is so good and nice pretty chill and the best part is the crew (especially kath)! They are so lovely and friendly always, they serve fresh coffee and oh my goodness the ice pumpkin chai is especially the best!!! ❤️

I just wanted to say I ordered a black tea lemonade from your app I go to pick it up and I could tell it away but I didn't look right no lemonade in it I took a taste of it and it's like no there's no lemon I told them that there was no lemon in it and she said yeah it's lemonade like well there's no lemonade in it and she said yes there is and he said that she remix it for me she made a new drink and it looked right the color was so dark before that I knew that there was no lemonade in it and she just seemed really rude and didn't want to do it but did so I just wanted to let you guys know cuz she wasn't very friendly and it makes me not want to go back just want to let you know thank you

The manager of this store (who goes by the nickname “Princess”) was extremely unprofessional. She seemed to be training an employee but acted arrogant and overly authoritative. When packing my food, she used both tongs and her bare hands.

I asked for ice water, but she poured filtered water into a cup while her fingers were directly in the stream. I was shocked and said, “Your hand touched the water,” but she didn’t apologize and gave it to me.

I ended up throwing away both the food and the water. If this is how she behaves in front of customers, I can’t imagine how unhygienic things are behind the scenes. My trust was completely broken. She didn’t say a word when handing me the food, and didn’t acknowledge customers as they left.

Both times ive been here my order was wrong. First time, i ordered 2 coffees and was charged for 3 then didnt get a refund and rhe second time i did an online order to save some time before work and i received the wrong sandwich than what the sticker says and could get no ones attention so i just left. Not the best starbucks to be honest

Bryan and Enuji were fabulous! I had a decaf coffee beverage that I wanted but was not sure how to make it happen. Bryan was especially helpful and on top of it. Enuji printed off my order so I would remember it for next time.
So lovely to have such amazing customer service! Thank you.

My dragon drink today was a disappointing. It tasted like someone sprinkled a little dragonfruit in plain water. I've had it multiple times and it's never been this bland. Can you please fix it because this is not worth our money. Also, the lady making the drinks for mobile orders seemed like she was in a bad mood and just threw the order out without calling names. It's not a good look and I feel like it's affecting the quality of the food too. Just some honest feedback, hope you can take care of it. Thanks.

This location is not integrated with the Starbucks app, meaning you can't scan, use stars, or collect rewards here, which is quite disappointing. To prevent confusion, this location should not be displayed on the app’s map. Overall service is great but only issue is the app usability. It was a very disappointing experience in this regard.
