I have literally got a beverage from this location everyday for the last 3 months. Usually the employees are super friendly and nice. Today I had the honour of dealing with the department manager. Who could use a refresher course in customer service. I went back for a second coffee today and took my old cup to reuse she told me she couldn’t my reuse cup. I didn’t understand why and she didn’t bother to explain just looked at me with a dumb look on her face like I was asking something so profound.
I will find a new place to continue enduring my Starbucks addiction. But as for this location I truly hope someone gives her an employment review and gets her to check her attitude quick. Guarantee all complaints are about her. She needs to be more aware of what her face is saying to people. She is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Any of the other employee would be a better fit for manager.

If you're interested in never getting the right drink you ordered, this is the place for you! Order a Grande 2 shot latte, whole milk.... You get a small, single shot coconut milk extra syrup.... You want a small americano, you get a venti triple latte extra foam... It fantastic! It's like playing the lotto!... 🤡👞

Ordered a iced matcha latte, half of it was foam so I went back to ask for a new one. The barista made a new one but now its mostly ice. Its like she just poured out the foam and added more ice to it... very disappointing

If you like good coffee and understand the art and simplicity of making a good "Americano", and don't like your coffee to get ruined , then don't go to this location (Beddington mall). I've asked for a refund as well and the manager on site who is the lady who made my coffee, made so complicated that I was ready to wall away. An was very rude. When i gave her 5 orders she sighed and called for a backup. Also when my friend scanned her Starbucks card she said I'm sorry what was that for??So then i was like oh do u guys not accept it? then my friend said oh maybe just gift cards. Then AN said oh then u answered ur own question. Will never order if shes the barista she couldve explained it nicely to us and she was very rude, didnt make eye contact and didnt smile.However, Tristan gave us exceptional service.
