Ordered Caramel Crunch Frap and they didnt even blend the ice just straight up put the whole ice cube in there😒 it was also bland.

The staff at this location are very kind. They're fast at their job and the drinks are always done well.

I have a strawberry allergy and the barista (Becca) made sure to go out of her way to sanitize the shaker cup she was using for my drink.

I appreciate everything they do there. :)

Service was quick and efficient: they had three orders infront of me and they got through to my order in like 3 mins, amazing! the girl at the fromt counter greeted us and everyone who entered the store. She was lovely i think her name was Dasha , hire more people like her!

Kid-friendliness: Kids were welcomed and greeted.

Wheelchair accessibility: Chairs and tables were spacious enough to move and accommodate wheelchair accessiblity.

Tall young man with the glasses needs a raise. Better yet, get him a position in the operation or sales department. Even when taking orders, etc, he's aware of everything. I came in to pick up a customer's order. Even though he was busy, he took a few seconds to hand me the order. Thank you, sir, for always providing excellent service.

I asked for a coffee and lemon pop cake , the order came coffee and lemon loaf , i asked to change it they did without refunding the difference, i asked the barista she said same price , when i checked it was 88 cent difference, i wasn’t happy and i asked the barista on the cashier to refund the difference, and i told her i didn’t like that the other person didn’t tell the truth about the price, she Didn’t seem bothered at all and said no problem. Well i have a problem it’s not about the 1$ difference it’s about honesty and trust, she didn’t even say sorry about the mistake.

Despite it's very busy most of the time. The waiting is reasonable and maintains its quality and service.

Parking: There are quite a good number of handicap parking stalls but it still many times are full.
