I would like to comment on the excellent service of the shop in Southcenter mall in Calgary.
I got in 5 minutes to closing and ordered my drink. Although I felt guilty because everyone's to go home the two barristas Tristen and Laura were welcoming and happy to serve me.
Thank you guys Bravo is well deserved

I used to go here a lot until a staff member tried to scam me right before my eyes a few months back. I had asked for a grande mocha cookie crumble frapp(my usual) and the total cost is always around 6-7$ but this time I had gotten the drink and the woman had put in her own personal tip which was 5$ extra and told me it would be 2$ more because she had to…type it in? In total I ended up paying a whopping 12.85$ for one singular drink.

Why is it that Starbucks offer products at only certain stores. This is pathetic I’m so glad I only come to Starbucks for family members because their products are grossly over priced and you can’t get what you want

I've been ordering from this location more than 100times and i ordered same menu, the iced shaken espresso with extra cold foam in grande in venti cup as I want to have extra cold foam. Then the drink i got is not even half filled and there's no extra foam. I asked him if i can get more foam and he said that's what i get for grande. I've had minimum 3/4 filled at least and the way the barista telling me was awful. Worst ever.

Not the friendliest Starbucks, plus my drink was poorly made (3/4 full and almost entirely ice (poured a good portion down the sink). The tall, strange, passive aggressive, lanky guy was rushing through orders like it was the end of the earth and I saw several people give their orders back to have them fixed. Why the rush?!! Slow down and put some care in the service, especially at your high prices. Try to greet and interact with customers, we're not cattle being watered and fed.

Always filled with old men who stare at me and my sister creepily. The service isn’t bad but one employee disappeared for a bit and came back with an accent that was very obviously forced and offensive. The food is meh and a handful of drinks are good. My egg bites I get occasionally always have a random clump of pepper and my matcha is never properly stirred leaving clumps.

I ended up going here after shopping in southcentre and it was around closing. Both baristas were really kind and soft-spoken and the place was super clean and ambient. Would definitely recommend.
