I go to this Starbucks several times a week. The staff are amazing. My coffee is perfect every time.
The shop gets busy during mall hours, but there's plenty of parking and it's convenient to have a passenger pop into grab mobile orders while you wait in the pickup area.
No drive thru because it's inside the mall.

Stopped by this Starbucks on October 7th around 5:20–5:30 PM, and it was a great experience overall! There was a short line, but it moved quickly — the staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I ordered a small classic latte, and it was made perfectly — the milk was frothed just right, which is honestly a rare find in Calgary!

I would like to comment on the excellent service of the shop in Southcenter mall in Calgary.
I got in 5 minutes to closing and ordered my drink. Although I felt guilty because everyone's to go home the two barristas Tristen and Laura were welcoming and happy to serve me.
