The server name KIAH is not very helpful at all and a lousy server. Full of attitude and not really friendly. Quit your job if you’re not happy and not good with people!!!!
Too and that I had to leave review with 1 star. I have visited this place maybe more than a decade as I work close to this location.
I usually ordered from Starbucks app to expedite the pick up in advance.
I ordered my drink online and then waited few minutes at work parking lot till the app says it’s ready. I drove to drive thru as I chose to pick up my drink at drive thru window.
I was greeted by staff. No issue here.
I said I’m here to pick up mobile order and the employee said I need to go thru inside to pick up my order. I said no I came here to pick up my order that I order from Starbucks app. This employee said I told her “Uber order” and she didn’t say that she’s sorry that she heard it wrong but kept saying I said “uber order”.
Anyway, I was told my drink is still being made so I drove up to window and another employee handed me wrong drink with wrong name. (I usually was asked my name if it’s mobile order but the one who greeted didn’t confirm my name for order. Poorly trained I think.)
I waited another few minutes (been 10 min since the app said drink is ready) then was handed my order which tasted like water with some sweet in.
I feel like I need to stop coming drive thru or ordering using Starbucks app and better to go to other location.
I guess someone else picked up my drink (too bad for the customer as well. Maybe they didn’t check her or his name as well as both of mine and the other customer’s name start with S.)
Every rule! everytime I go here. They are always rule and they don't make the drinks right. From someome who used to work at Starbucks and know how to make drinks and be nice people, this is not the place you want to go. Just go to any other coffee shop

I have been going to this location for a few year now and service has gone down hill. It was really great, super friendly employees! It now feels lile something has eaten the soul from this place.
I have been hesitant to go back for at least a month now since ordering a trente Ice green tea lemonade that just tasted like water with a tiny bit of flavouring. My partner and I usually always tip well and don't tend get confrontational about this kind of thing.
After this experience and reading a bunch of other similar reviews I am wondering if this is a management issue.
Thankfully there are better coffee shops around where I know I will get consistent beverages like Xin Chao, Waves, Good Earth, and Second Cup.
I ordered Frappuccino only small size and I complained about it because so much ice and the guy told me it's their standard serve. I'm so disappointed with this branch, he should at least change it to lessen the ice. For $6 something this is so expensive and you basically just buying a bunch of ice and a brown sugar. I will never recommend this store and definitely not coming back here again.

Ordered about 3 times in this store , every time there is something wrong in the drink , even clearly mentioning about very light ice (few cubes), still they put half cup of ice . Not first time , all 3 times something wrong with the drink . Baristas also were very customer friendly, never going back to this location again

NOT DOG FRIENDLY! MANAGER MAY CALL THE POLICE! This spot is great if you want to be escorted out by the police just for bringing your dog. I had been going there for the last month with my dog without incident. Yesterday, the manager returned from vacation, spotted me on the patio, and began harassing me about having my dog on the patio. He lied and said it is against Starbucks policy. He told me to leave and I declined because he was wrong about dogs being prohibited outside. So he called the police and sat there and watched as they escorted me off the patio. It was humiliating. In the picture below, you can see how dangerous my dog Mr. Bones is to customers. I alerted the district manager, Craig, who promised to look into the matter.

Went there to get my daughter her FREE starbucks for her birthday yesterday. Anounced at beginning of transaction why i was there. Lady exknolaged this. Got a second drink and asked why it was $17. Lady asked if my daughter had the app. She didnt i did. Since they were already making the drinks i felt obligasted to pay...... I feel she could have exspressed before we order this as i exspressed why i was there for her FREE birthday drink. And.i feelxahe tried to be sneeky and make me pay without saying anything.

Honestly Starbucks is not usually my thing, but it’s nice to stop once in a while for some of their seasonal drinks and lattes. However, coming to this Starbucks location a couple times, the drink is always really watered down and lacking taste. I think it’s one of the more avoided locations, as a lot of people have the same experience.
The first time I ordered a matcha latte, and it was just a really dark green. I was excited at first because I was happy to see that I’d finally be able to taste matcha in my drink since the franchise just likes to cheap out on matcha in general. But I got the opposite of what I expected which was a watered down drink. You could not even taste matcha or any sort of milk, it was literally just green water in a cup.
Same situation for the chai latte, except this time it seemed like they couldn’t even probably mix the drink as a lot of the syrup was at the bottom even when they first gave it to me, NOT because of it sitting aside for hours as the drinks ingredients tend to separate after a while.
Thought it might have been a bad day for them, but it is just repetitive every single time I go. Honestly would like to see more improvement, especially seeing how much people pay for these drinks, better yet if you customize something. And if I do have to go to a Starbucks, I have just been going to the Starbucks on 20 Ave in Sunridge instead. Which is not too far away from this location and does a significantly better job as for making the drinks.

I frequently pre-order through the Starbucks app to collect points and save time. I placed an order, then quickly placed a second one for my son and returned to the (completely empty) drive-through to pick it up.
I politely let the team know I was there and happy to wait. The woman at the window was kind—but I could clearly hear someone in the background yelling at her about me. She explained it was her supervisor. The supervisor then came to the window and informed me that I was “not allowed” to pick up my mobile order until the exact ready time in the app because they have a queue.
This policy makes no sense when the drive-through is empty and customers are just trying to use the app as intended. If it’s that strict, they shouldn’t allow app pickup through the drive-through at all. And if the inside is busy, then treat the queues separately instead of punishing customers who follow the rules and pre-order.
It was an unnecessarily rude and rigid interaction, and I felt bad for the employee being spoken to that way, too. Starbucks, this is not the experience I expect.
