The worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Not fresh or good, not a pleasant “first sip” experience.

Jess helped me today and she had the audacity to educate me on how my drink should look, even though you could clearly see that there wasn’t enough flavour in the drink. I ordered the mango dragon fruit and typically it looks pink, but when I received it, it looked clear. This was my first interaction of my day and she was super disrespectful is crazy. Please find another job if you hate it that much Thank you

No complaints… fast service and staff was very friendly

The pony tail freak at the drive thru is extremely rude and unprofessional. Looks like he hates his life and wants to quit his job which maybe he should!

I don’t know his name but some dude working there with a ponytail is a disrespectful man and had no class should not be working here anymore show some kindness as a worker in service industry.

Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. Never a straw in the bag, I have called and asked to please have straws in the bag, still no straws. At least one item is wrong every time I order, and I spend a lot of money here. Too much for it to be wrong every single time.

Just wanted to say thank you to the drive-thru employee working the window this morning. I came through to get coffee and some breakfast for my mother, who is in the Laugheed Hospital nearby. The employee asked what my plans were for the day, and I told him this, and he could not have been nicer about it. Sent me away with coffee, egg bites, and well wishes for my mom. Thank you for being kind it is becoming more and more rare these days, it seems.

I just order it today in Uber Eats and I’m missing one item which is unfair cause I pay for it. and also they didn’t give me any straw on my Frappuccino how am I supposed to drink it? Very disappointed.

What terrible service! Took 10 minutes to get a drink when I was the only one in the store. The 3 girls chatting and laughing should spend more time working and less time screwing around. Super unprofessional.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jessica. It’s refreshing to see someone so kind and attentive. Definitely coming back for the amazing service.

Not good Dark Roast coffee though . . .
Compared to other Starbucks in the surrounding area, the taste of their Dark Roast coffee is way less than expected. It tastes like a medium roast with more hot water. My observation is based on several visits. I thought all Starbucks stores have good quality control. :(
