I came into the store and was greeted by Jessica and made to feel very welcome. Her service was outstanding and she was very polite and friendly. The selections and quality of my food and drink were above, beyond and more importantly accurate.

I will definately visit this location again because of staff like her.

Very upset. Yesterday morning I went thru the drive thru with my brand new 100$ gift card from work. The lady was holding the pay machine out and im holding my gift card she said 'oh it's a Starbucks card'. Then finally took the card and I realised I did not have it returned to me. I checked my vehicle over and over to. Called today and they said they have no gift cards from any customer left. No help what so ever. Wish you could check the cameras because I know 💯 I did not get it back. Thanks alot. Do not recommend this location AT ALL !!

Your employee Raz needs a raise! He is such a joyful person. Interactions at the drive thru can often be cold and lack personality, but Raz was so patient, calm, and he felt like sunshine. He made my day!

such horrible service. you order online 10 minutes before you pick up and you’re still expected to park and wait for your order and everytime i order my drink with light ice they make sure to fill it all the way up so you can only get 2 sips of the drink you ordered

What a waste of money my coffee went garbage is tasteless and guess what i thought starbucks prices are same their prices are more than any other location . If i could put zero star i would but i cant too bad.

Worst starbucks in the city the owner is gouging his prices on coffee . Most expensive location inthe city .where the prices for starbucks should be standard

Really cozy Starbucks location — I love the atmosphere, especially the fireplace and the convenient drive-thru. It’s fairly clean and comfortable to stay for a while. The staff could be a bit more welcoming, but overall they did a good job, so it’s still a solid five stars.

That said, I’ve been losing some of my affection for the brand lately. The coffee just feels too weak these days. I always order a small cappuccino because it’s supposed to have a bit more punch than a latte, but lately it tastes too mild. Please consider improving the coffee strength — everything else here is great.

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and that was 2 they didn’t add any straws in it which is a a very bad service I got and when I called them they tell me ask refund from uber why these guys put all fault on uber and these words are of manager itself which is disgusting service

Consistently the worst Starbucks in the area.

It's amazing; every time I order my drink, it comes out wrong but in a different, unique way. Truly innovative the way they make the same drink wrong in 46 different ways. Do yourself a favour and go out of your way to the Aviation Road location off McKnight, or literally any other cafe within a 5km radius.

I received a caramel Macchiato as my free birthday drink. Thank you!
However I would like to comment on the server that passed out my drink, not only was he kind , he was very courteous, wished me a happy birthday when he scanned the app, and sang a snippet of happy birthday to me while passing out my coffee. Definitely made me smile. I don't recall his name, but it was purchased at 12:06, noon, and it started with a D... fantastic Service.
