I visited this location about a week ago and today. (10am, Short Peach Tea, with a baby). Today, I made an order in person the same person as last time. Unfortunately my experience was amazingly shocking again.A week ago, I ordered Short Peach Tea and I got Mint Tea.I saw the lady who got my order entered Mint tea instead of Peach. Thought there might be ther reason. And I did not ask to change the tea.Today same lady got my order and she did the same thing. So I told her this is Mint not the Peach. And she said 'Yeah, I know period." So again, I told her what happened last time and she said yeah we don't have peach tea keyboard."She did not even listen to me and she just cut me off and was just busy made an excuse herself with just go away look.I have a right to get my order right. And last time, I did not get it right. This is enough for a customer to tell the staff to make sure get it right for what I paid for.I am NOT asking for a smile. Most of the staff are really nice and cool but some staff are showing their personal thing to the customer. I am not your friend.I really hope this location would have customer service training for their staff again. I don't want this happen to me never again. I am a neighbor and go there very often. Next time I will tell her in person if this happens again. And that time it is not gonna be Google Review. I am going to bring this up to head office or whoever can fix this.

This is my regular Starbucks since I moved here. The staff are so friendly and Fraser always welcomes me by name when I enter the Cafe.I would give them 10⭐️ if I could.

Went to the drive thru on Dec. 31st at 10:15am 2023. Stated that we had two separate transactions. The male taking our order read it back to us correctly for both orders. Pulled up to the window and told the female who was taking payment that we had two transactions. They responded with “What”, we explained we have the order just after us she then walked away and forgot to close the window and started telling their coworkers that “they are mad at me because I didn’t know they had two transactions (we where not mad, just wanted to make sure that we would pay and receive for both orders). She then handed us 3 drinks (one of which was a venti which we didn’t order) and waited for the 2nd transaction. When she came back we said we are waiting on the 2nd order (after we already paid for it) and she said there was no additional chai, we had to state for the 4th time that we had two transaction. She then proceeded to hand us the last drink and then slammed the drive thru window and started shaking her head at us. Additionally we go home and one of the mochas we ordered turned out to be hot chocolate (on free hot chocolate day). It is very clear that the workers are very frustrated but it is a shame they have to take it out on customers.

I never go to Starbucks but have went twice to the Millrise one in Calgary in the last 2 weeks. All the staff are amazing and what makes me want to go back! And everything I've tried has been amazing as well.

Great people at Millrise location. I went to use my app to pay and something was wrong and it wouldn't scan. The young lady at the till looked at it, did something on my phone and just like that it worked. This 81 year old was very grateful for her kindness and patience.

I was at this location 2 days in a row and ordered a venti nom fat americano misto through the drive through. The first day there was very little espresso in my drink. I told the lady in the drive thru. On day 2 she advised to call back if it ever happened again... it did on day 2... not as bad as day 1 but not the great espresso drink they usually provide. I called back Fraser advised he trusts his staff to make drinks properly...he didn't thank me for letting him know something isn't right.. who knows maybe there is another problem with equipment or someone new.. it's not always the staff. He only offered that he would remake the drink if I came back ... not convenient as I was already far away... he said I could go to a corporate store downtown.. again not convenient.. I told him it isn't the fact that I want another drink.. rather something isn't right. He didn't seem to care just said he trusts his staff. Sad they don't care there could be something easily corrected... if they looked on to it... and it's not always about the staff ..the staff at this location have always been top notch
