Went to go in for my mother's birthday drink with her and they refused to give her drink. Said to phone customer service on a Sunday and had no manager on staff. They did not give us the phone number to call either so we weren't able to call to get her birthday drink. My mother was very disappointed. They were also a little bit rude. Didn't even say happy birthday. Or have a good rest of your day sorry for the inconvenience.

Starbucks Quarry Park is one of my go-to spots for a coffee break or casual meet-up. The space is clean, cozy, and well laid out—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.
The staff here are friendly and efficient, and they consistently get orders right, even during busy hours. The drinks are made just the way I like them, and the seasonal specials are always a treat!

Overall it is a nice location, but on occasions when non native to European culture people work, often orders get messed up and coffee tastes similar to Tim Hortons, latte is basically coffee with milk, no foam. I am not sure what the problem is there, but a similar situation is consistent with other locations. It is not acceptable for 5$ coffee.
