Love our community coffee shop! Always so lively with young families, teens, seniors and everyone in between. Do I wish it was a local business? Yes, but only if the awesome staff can come with it. Shout out to Peter and Kit who are cheerful, funny and kind — even first thing in the morning!

Way too pricey…ordering a large coffee now becomes some foreign pretentious jumble of words. “I’d like a large coffee”, in English…. Now is,” I’d like a grand’e Americano”… WHY??!!

I only order Americanos, but if you want some drink with coffee with infinit combination with many possible ingredients that tastes good this is it!

Excellent Service at Starbucks Kingsland!

I went to the Starbucks in Kingsland after picking up my order from another location, where I was accidentally given a latte instead of a cappuccino. Since I happened to be at the UPS store next door, I stopped by to ask for help. Ms. Song and the team were so kind and understanding — they made me a fresh cappuccino on the spot, saving me the trouble of driving all the way back to the other store.

Thank you, Ms. Song, for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond! This kind of experience truly shows what great service looks like.

I appreciated how thoughtful the staff were, as they saw me waiting for my order by the mobile pickup. It was a busy morning with many mobile orders, but since they saw me waiting for a while, they expedited my order. Thank you for being so considerate and mindful, as I truly appreciated it.

Way too expensive for the quality of food, drinks, service . When this location first opened , food , drinks and service were much better than now . I support the mom and pop small business anytime over a big corporate entity like this .

This location the worse, this location made me leave Starbucks totally worse one , I keep spending money to get my drink and they do it wrong either from door dash or even in person even when u tell them the drink is wrong please add more lemonate or its without srawberry base add more the colors weird , they arrange instead of fox it ,yesterday went there trying to get my drink they did it wrong even when I change it because I know they will do it right the lady there argue instead of fix it was my name there burcu they know me very well 😡

I really enjoy this location and the baristas are super friendly. The disco music in the morning always brings a smile to my face and makes me want to dance! Plus, the latte was especially delicious today - the espresso was dark and rich, just the right balance of milk, and a hint of sweetness to make it divine. It's a fun, hopping place weekday mornings. I'd definitely recommend. 👌
