Starbucks

I really enjoy this location and the baristas are super friendly. The disco music in the morning always brings a smile to my face and makes me want to dance! Plus, the latte was especially delicious today - the espresso was dark and rich, just the right balance of milk, and a hint of sweetness to make it divine. It's a fun, hopping place weekday mornings. I'd definitely recommend. 👌

I just wanted to share my experience at this location today, Sunday, Oct 20, 2024. This was my second visit at this store. First time I went there I ordered in thru the cashier, they were really very nice. On my second time, I ordered online and when I picked up my order, I said “thank you” but no reply. I left and I started drinking my chai latte, I ordered one grande and one Venti for me. I went back to the store and told them that they made a mistake on my order it should be Venti not Grande, no apology and the blonde barista said to me, you’ve got a grande so I will give you a grande. First of all, it wasn’t my mistake it was their mistake, I was just surprised why they’re giving me a grande when I originally ordered a Venti which was clearly written on the cup at VT but it was on a grande cup, I just found them unapologetic and a bit rude🙁

Wonderful experience with both of the baristas, both so kind and friendly. Helena made my day by a small compliment :) drink was delicious and very hot which I really like. This is my go to location from now on!

I love visiting this particular Starbucks because the customer service is truly exceptional. The baristas are so warm and friendly, they make me feel like I'm the only customer there. It's a really special experience.

I had already been waiting well over 15 minutes past the promised time for my order. I approached the counter and I told the girl that I had been waiting for the order under my name. She said it’s coming right up have a seat. No problem sat there for another 10 minutes, and the drink was waiting up there. She knew I was waiting and never called my name! Horrible service!

Absolutely love this Starbucks! It's small, cozy, and right in the heart of Kingsland. Perfect spot for a coffee break or catching up with friends. Just a heads up, seating is a bit limited, but they do have parking, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend! ?

Parking: Lots of spots so easy to park

Kid-friendliness: They are really nice and patient with kids! And they give good recommendations to keep it healthy for them :)

Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for weelchairs and they will bring your order down to you because it prevents you from reaching up at the table.
