Went to order a Black Coffee ant 6:30pm and was told they stop brewing coffee after 5 but don’t close until 9. What kind of coffee shop doesn’t serve coffee. Kind of a joke

Staff were friendly enough, but they took almost 30 minutes to make 3 drinks. Yes, they had other customers, but I still think they could’ve picked up the pace. When we finally got our drinks, we realized that one of our drinks was made wrong. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino had no coffee in it even though they specifically asked me if I wanted coffee in it and I told them “yes”. Instead of just re-making it, workers simply took it back, scooped the whipped cream off the top, and dumped it back into a blender with coffee even though I had already taken a sip of it. I hope they do not do this with other customers, as that seems very unclean of the place. We definitely will not be going back.

I could have written a 20 page essay within the time it took for me to get my drink, whether it’s the slow workers, or random teenagers grabbing drinks that aren’t theirs. A daycare kitchen set is probably ran more effectively than this location.

It’s incredible service. It’s always fast. They always have a smile on their face. They always kind always have a good atmosphere never mess up my order and always follow directions in impeccably. I am literally here every day. I am dead serious. I come here every single day. I am not lying, and I have never once had a bad experience The workers are the reason I keep coming back to Starbucks. They’re so kind.

The lady working today (aug 9, around 10am) in SOBEY’s mahogany was the problem. I was already lined up behind the guy she was serving when I arrived and for sure she saw i was there. After she served the man and he left, she never recognized me or even said ‘hi, just one moment pls’. I would totally understand, but she just pretended no one was there. And i stood for good 5 mins without anything from her. I just left! I would recommend tims or second cup around the area. Or if you really love SB, i recommend auburn bay o other location.

If I could, I would give it zero stars because when I tried to ask for a Venti cup of ice, she said no and said I’ll just give you light ice instead She wouldn’t give me my Venti cup of ice so we had to ask for extra ice in a Venti cup of water ice and she gave us five cubes of ice and was being a Karen, super obnoxious and rude

Well I was on a short coffee break wanting a tall medium roast or a dark roast for that matter and nothing was brewed or ready. I asked if she could do a Americano instead for the same price like most Starbucks since I have no time and Karren said no and told me to wait in a rude way. Horrible customer service and lack of empathy and yes her name was Karren of all names. Ended up going to Tim Hortons and saved time. Don’t bother with that location Filipino Karren there is no good.
Just tried the Iced Cherry Chai Latte from the Starbucks at Sobeys Mahogany Plaza, and twas so refreshing and perfectly spiced with a sweet cherry twist! Definitely a new favorite! 🍒☕

After I ordered two huge coffees I tripped and spilled them all over the inside of my car. The team at Starbucks made me new ones without hesitation—so very kind of them.

What an absolute constant disappointment this Starbucks is. My drink cup is never full, there is always foam taking up a good 25% of the overall drink. Even if I ask for no or less foam. For the price per drink, I expect my cup not to be missing 25% of its liquid.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. This place does not accept rewards program or Starbucks which is quite funny because why the heck you don’t accept that? Other than that the person who took my order was acting weird. There were 2 people working and they were writing on cups what we wanted in the drink rather than putting in computer which is super weird. Apart from that there was a weird energy and not a good aura if I may say. I have been to a lot of Starbucks in Calgary this has been my worst experience so far.
