Good neighborhood location for coffee take out!!! But service is slow , from 3 staff members just one is working other just flirting around, doing nothing! Some of staff is wearing stinky perfume, can’t stay even close to the counter. Some people have an allergies and it’s not acceptable in customer service!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars….. I walked into the Sobeys Starbucks happy and left disrespected and annoyed. I walk up to the counter and greet the older Filipino lady and get no response. She doesn’t say hi to me for 30 seconds she proceeds to take my order and I ask her what sandwiches they have at this location to which she ignores me and talks in her language to her coworker…I’m a child of an immigrant by no means am I saying don’t speak your language but you are serving a customer….. anyways she proceeds to take my breakfast sandwich to the staff room next door?! Puts it in the microwave and then comes back and puts it in the toaster oven…. It was BURNED to a crisp…. I had to throw the whole thing out and wasted 7 bucks…. The lack of professionalism is disgusting here. I will not return and I really hope management deals with this.

A rather normal Starbucks, located in the IGA grocery store in Mahogany Village.They have good, quick 6 have made decent-flavored drinks when I have been there.They do not participate in the Starbucks rewards app/points collections, though. This would be my one critique of this location. Otherwise, I'd recommend coming here!
Kid-friendliness: Located inside the grocery store, this Starbucks, much like others, is very kid friendly.
Parking: Large, free parking lots surrounding this location.
Dietary restrictions: They have many sugar and milk substitutes, so you can whatever drink you'd like with certain sweeteners or milk-alternatives.

After a long day I tried to stop at the McKenzie Towne Starbucks. It was 8:43 and they close at 9 the girl working there was rude and basically told me her till was locked and left it at that. I called the mahogany location and asked if they were still open and was told yes. I drove over and the girl working (Shannon) was so polite and kind. I asked her again once I got there if they were open and she nicely said “yes we close at 9” I apologized for coming so close to close and she told me not to worry about it and it’s not 9 yet. I won’t ever return to the Sobeys in McKenzie Towne and will keep coming to the mahogany location. She made a really rough day a lot better. Also, my partner commented that it was the best Frappuccino he’s ever gotten. Thanks so much Shannon ?

Horrible place. Worked at this location. "Assiant manger"(Ashley) refuses to do anything- Except for walk around and talk to other sobeys employees (got so bad to the point costumers noticed, due to the huge line that word form and, given the fact i was being trained) . When you ask for help beaware because you will receive a yelling at/ or a response of "i just simply dont want too". Terrible management. Contacted HR/and starbucks general manager.Update: The other reviews on here are made by costumers/friends of the starbucks employees (Christopher Bradley) hence why he specifically mentioned ashley in hes comment as shes actually the worst out of all employees, hence why there is multiple negative reviews on her costumer service, attitude, work ethic etc. For the short time i worked there. Kept all screen shots of the abrasive/ passive aggressiveness that is given between assiant manger (Ashley) to the actual manger (Jodi).Please beware.
