Pretty decent Starbucks overall, but lately I’ve noticed the coffee taste has gone downhill a bit. Please take a closer look at the flavour — it would be great to bring back that classic, rich Starbucks taste.
I had a small cappuccino, which should normally be a bit stronger than a latte, but it turned out rather mild this time. Not sure if it was a blend or a single origin, but I’d definitely appreciate a bit more depth in flavour.
This location is inside Safeway, which I didn’t realize at first because the pin on Google Maps was incorrect — I’ve already fixed it, so it now points to the right spot.
Giving 5 stars in advance, because I still respect and enjoy the Starbucks brand. Hoping the taste improves soon! ☕️

I had great service today. Jasper made my drink and it was so flavourful and made it with love. Laurie was also very lovely and went above and beyond for me, she didn’t have to but she seen that I had a handful already so she helped by taking some of the load from my hands and provided me a bag. It might not be much to some but to me, it was very thoughtful and kind! Excellent customer service and I left with a smile and positive vibes. Thanks guys 👍🫶🏽

Ordered a matcha latte and they forgot til I ask then they gave me a cup just like only milk in there. They are in a such hurry even though not lots of customers at the time I ordered.

“I DON’T HAVE EYES IN MY BACK” is the way I was greeted by the attendant today who was doing something facing away from the counter. Very rude and disrespectful way to greet a customer.

I thought starbucks is same everywhere but when i went to this location, it says starbucks but does not work like one, they don’t even have a oven to warm up things, and not even the store scanner. Bad experience not even the employees were welcoming. And the coffee tastes different than other starbucks locations. Do not recommend

It was great to be there! Friendly staff but the restaurant has fruit flies and is really annoying to dine in.

What a beautiful start for the day! Coffee was splitting all over the car and I almost got burned because whoever made the coffee didn’t read the order or simply doesn’t care. This is the 3rd mistake with my order within 3 or 4 weeks. I even called them 2 weeks ago about the mistake they made in my order and I asked nicely to give attention! But guess what, nothing changed . My drink is very simple to make. It’s a Grande Americano ( long shot - with extra room ) What a waste of time and money.

Nice barista working the bar, efficient and made my iced matcha latter perfect. Points on the app don’t work unless with a gift card.
Poor customer service the female barista has a nasty attitude maybe because she was in the middle of counting the money (which is too early for their closing) when we got there. She's even rolling her eyes. I was about to treat myself for a coffee since I had a rough day at work then she made it even worst! Unfortunately I was not able to catch her name.
