Understaffed before 8 AM. I spent 15 minutes in this place until I got my drink. I can't put the blame on the baristas since they're working under lots of stress. This is a case of very bad management.

Cherry this morning was so rude… she made my sons drink wrong so she put the drink on the side and I asked her if she can give the one she made by mistake to my nephew. The past 4 days we stayed here in Marriott and our family of 8 payed over $70 on food for breakfast each day. she rudely said we don’t give things for free when many times starbucks does give drinks out when they make by mistake so it doesn’t go to waste. We bought one for him. I am sure they can be a bit nicer about their approach.

I'm a regular Starbucks oatmilk latte guy, I make sure I get one everytime I get the chance wether at work or when I'm off. And it was always good so far even from this particular branch. Today is one of those days. On my first sip of my grande latte I noticed the creaminess was not there. The oatmilk used for this today's order seemed watered down or diluted with water or maybe it was not even oatmilk.

I went to Starbucks, which is right in the Marriott.

It seems that people come to Starbucks for the simplicity of choice and a certain type of service.
Because there are lots of places with much better coffee for a much better price, to be honest.

Thus, people mostly pay for service , brand, and atmosphere in Starbucks.
You know, the employees should be polite, ask for your name, sign your cup, and this type of stuff.

I have chosen in advance on the website what I’d like to order.

I come up, saying “May I please have a small lavender fra..”, she interrupts says, looking somewhere at the cash register that there is no lavender.
I say - ok, what do you have?
She says - everything else.
I’m like - okay, but what are these “everything?”
She basically repeats “everything else”
.. okay, I go to the website I go to the cold coffeees section, I say ok, let's try strawberries,
with non-fat milk and without whipped cream, please.

And that was all. I quietly paid.
They didn't ask for the name, didn’t say thank you, or anything else.

When my drink was ready - I didn’t have an idea about it, as no one called me. The employee just gave out a drink, saying its name somewhere in the void, without even taking a look at me (I was sitting very close)

Taking into account that the whole Starbucks was empty. I was the only client to serve. And there were 3 employees.

Why so?

perfect place to sit down after walking around the mall for a while!!

there isn’t a lot of sitting area, however it is really cozy 😋

First of all, these guys don't accept the Starbucks app. Secondly, they usually have the Pumpkin Spice Latte for the whole year but have not had it for the past 2 weeks. lastly, my drink that I ordered tasted terrible!

The place wasn't busy, no line ups either, but the barista was in a rush to start making the drink while I was still trying to tell her my order. Then was upset when I finished telling her the order as she wasn't making what I was actually ordering.

One of the staff also kept coughing onto the til and didn't wash their hands.

Similar to everyone else, the guy that was working the till was rude, does not seem like a morning person or doesn’t belong in hospitality. Hard to have a good start to the day when you’re met with a sour face.

The lady who made the coffee was very friendly though and is what got this review 2 stars.

I recently visited this Starbucks, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of the staff members named Mark. He didn’t greet me when I approached the counter to ask for coffee, which was very unwelcoming. When he finally did interact with me, he was rude and unprofessional. I noticed that he was much more polite and friendly with other customers, including a white lady, which left me feeling that his attitude toward me was unfair. I hope this issue is addressed, as it was disappointing to experience such behavior at a place I usually enjoy. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness."
