The place wasn't busy, no line ups either, but the barista was in a rush to start making the drink while I was still trying to tell her my order. Then was upset when I finished telling her the order as she wasn't making what I was actually ordering.
One of the staff also kept coughing onto the til and didn't wash their hands.

Similar to everyone else, the guy that was working the till was rude, does not seem like a morning person or doesn’t belong in hospitality. Hard to have a good start to the day when you’re met with a sour face.
The lady who made the coffee was very friendly though and is what got this review 2 stars.
Their website ays they open at 6:30 but it's actually 7 everyday
I recently visited this Starbucks, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of the staff members named Mark. He didn’t greet me when I approached the counter to ask for coffee, which was very unwelcoming. When he finally did interact with me, he was rude and unprofessional. I noticed that he was much more polite and friendly with other customers, including a white lady, which left me feeling that his attitude toward me was unfair. I hope this issue is addressed, as it was disappointing to experience such behavior at a place I usually enjoy. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness."

Ok. This is painful for me to give Starbucks such a low score, but here it is.
* Hard to find
* Smelled overpowering like a toilet. Possibly due to construction outside, but never have I ever smelt toilet more than coffee at Starbucks.
* Employees look annoyed every time someone finds their location and someone actually approaches to order instead of walking by.
* we kindly asked for buttered and warmed banana bread as part of our order. I was given warm bread with 3 solid cold from the fridge butters and no knife or other utensil. I closed the bag and held it shut for several minutes trying to melt the butter to no avail. This butter was near frozen. I guess maybe they really didn't like me?
* I then asked "pretty please can you warm this for me I can't get it to melt" , and I've never been so embarrassed in my life to request service.
* Employees whisper oddly in front of customers. This was done to me and I witnessed it done to other customers.
* The banana bread was handed back to me again with partially melted butter, no utensils.
* I sat down and ate my bread with the other guest who is in total agreeance with me on all points of this review.
Serious customer service training and cleaning needs done here. In the interim. Go anywhere else.

Starbucks is inside the Marriott hotel and provides Travelers quick place to catch a coffee. I enjoyed the small booths and the high chairs great little place to catch a coffee.

Wow the arrogant Filipino gay cashier was beyond rude!! No hello no eye contact no thank you. I only describe him so he gets full credit for the review. The one star I give is for the lady with the braces who made our drinks which were amazing. Cashier ruined the experience. Hotel would be wise to give him his walking shoes!

It's disheartening when, while grabbing my morning coffee, the older lady working there speaks to her colleagues in their own language and gives me a nasty look. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to save my money and support a different café in Calgary that truly deserves it!

Really subpar Starbucks, obviously a licensed location and not a corporately owned one.
No online ordering, outdated machines with no ability to do blonde roast espresso. Small seating area. No milk/cream canisters available.

As a partner myself I was so disappointed in the way I was treated. The staff showed little to no interest in taking my order. I was spoken over wile having my order taken and when I asked for my partner discount I was ignored.
