My boss bought us gift cards, he did not tip anyone when he bought them. I bought a coffee at the drive thru and paid with the gift card which I was told: "I going to turn this around so you can read the screen." I didn't understand as she had my gift card in her hand. Oh. She wants a tip. I declined and she rolled her eyes at me. Are you serious? I asked what the eye roll was for, and she was silent. She gave back my gift card with the coffee and left the window. Wow. No 'enjoy your day' or 'see you later' ... Rude. Will not be going back, and will never tip.

The staff are always friendly and care for us. Today I looked so sad (because of my personal heartbroken loss) when buying coffee here. When I went home, I found a writing note on my cup of coffee “you are beautiful and loved” with the heart symbol. It’s very nice of the staff to do it. Thank you so much!

Caramel Frappuccino, large came in a medium small plastic cup with a paper straw. Chemical taste, can't identify. Diddnt want to continue drinking after barely a quarter consumed. Very expensive at $7. Throwing the drink in the garbage. Not going back.

as a regular, i can attest to how good this bux is!! very friendly staff and excellent service every time, and my drinks and food are consistently great. the wall of sticky notes is adorable too :)

Man I love my sugar with a lil coffee !! LolSame as all I expect. But for flavored luxury yummy coffee you sure get a bigger cup for the price as compared to second cup or good earth or fringe coffee places... I guess it depends what your into. I wasn't trying to spend my day here....
