Come to this Starbucks every time I’m down this side of the city and the service is always brilliant! Came through the drive through and was served by Sydney who was nothing less than polite, professional and very friendly! A real example of great customer service, will be looking forward to coming back for my next coffee!

I usually love Starbucks, but this specific location is always painfully slow. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is or how busy (or not busy) the store looks, the wait times are consistently long. Even placing a simple order ends up taking way longer than it should, and I’ve learned that stopping here will almost always make me late.

I don’t expect instant service, but compared to other Starbucks locations, this one is noticeably slower every single time. It would be great to see some improvements in efficiency or staffing so customers can rely on a reasonable wait time.

Went to grab some holiday pastries and holiday drinks today, but the staff working at the front desk counter wasn't so friendly (Emma). Was disappointed how she didn't even greet or smile nor say Thank you. It was very awkward and disappointing experience for us in this location now. A little smile or a little thank you won't hurt and could make the day for customers and come back more.

Nice place, I love the staff how greeting to people at morning. Keep bringing positive attitude to your customers and people arround.

They gave me the worst Brown Sugar Oat Americano I've ever had this morning. Tastes like drip coffee with a splash of oat milk and no syrup.

I ordered two drinks. For the first one it takes them to do it 10 mins. 6 min later, I asks where was the other one . The guy forgot the other drink. And instead of doing it ASAP he put it at the bottom of the line and told me to wait the other 6 drinks ahead. I am never coming back to this location.

This Starbucks is my favourite in the city! The staff are always friendly, cheery, and have great customer service! However, what I really love about this Starbucks is the interior design. The seats are comfortable, and the ambiance is great! This location has a nice cozy feel compared to many new Starbucks in the city which have a modern look to them. What a gem of a location! Great parking too.

My boss bought us gift cards, he did not tip anyone when he bought them. I bought a coffee at the drive thru and paid with the gift card which I was told: "I going to turn this around so you can read the screen." I didn't understand as she had my gift card in her hand. Oh. She wants a tip. I declined and she rolled her eyes at me. Are you serious? I asked what the eye roll was for, and she was silent. She gave back my gift card with the coffee and left the window. Wow. No 'enjoy your day' or 'see you later' ... Rude. Will not be going back, and will never tip.
