Ordered a MOCHA COOKIE CRUMBLE FRAPPE but there's no blended frappuccino chips. All I can taste is just mocha.. Asked for extra cookie crumble but I got light crumble! Hmmmm. Definitely not a good Friday feeling :(

I went to the Deer Valley Starbucks location on a Friday afternoon to purchase Pike Place Decaf whole beans. The store was busy at the time, but I was immediately greeted and served by Jonathan who was very friendly, polite, and made my visit very enjoyable. Kudos to Jonathan!!

Come to this Starbucks every time I’m down this side of the city and the service is always brilliant! Came through the drive through and was served by Sydney who was nothing less than polite, professional and very friendly! A real example of great customer service, will be looking forward to coming back for my next coffee!
