I came to this Starbucks to check out the snoopy yellow mug, the lady told me they will start on Tuesday March 25. I went there this morning, same person told me they sold out yesterday!!!
If it was available yesterday! I've asked several times, but I’ve turned down and today I'm told they sold out yesterday! I'll never visit this place again!

I always add one shot to eat latte, but today the color was too light, so I asked her, and she didn't even respond and went back. I even ordered two, she forgot to make one and didn't make it.

My age is 60 years old and I'm with diabetes, I came to this Starbucks, and when I wanted to use the washroom, I asked the cashier if she could open the locked washroom for me. She said NO I can't open the washroom door for you. You need to buy something from use first and then you can use our washroom!!! She was very rode and aggressive.

Waiting in the line after barista said give me one minute, bad customer service, I waited 4 minutes and had to go, drive thru is supposed to be quick no?!

I was going to this location for a while. The staff are very nice. But maybe they just change to all new people.
Aside from the fact that the barista was far from the more pleasant customer service specialists I’ve spoken with and been served by at Starbucks. The barista refused to accept my cash payment stating she couldn’t give me change because it had been slow all day and had no money in the till. Pretty sad when even Starbucks will no longer accept cash payments.

I ordered a cold latte with salted caramel syrup, but I was served a bitter coffee with excessive milk. The drink had no hint of caramel or coffee flavor, only a strong milk aroma. When I asked for a replacement, I was informed that the cafe only has caramel syrup, not salted caramel. This means that my original order was not prepared as requested and lacked the essential ingredient. I had to leave Starbucks without a satisfactory drink, feeling disappointed and frustrated by the experience.

Wow, what a pleasant location! Baristas are the sweetest ppl you’ll meet. Always so efficient in the drive thru, especially during mornings which are crazy busy.
I came in for the lavender matcha drink but sadly it got discontinued. The barista at the till was very kind to provide me with an alternative, so I ended up getting this non-dairy salted foam cookie matcha drink and absolutely loved it!
Shout out to everyone at this location, y’all made my day!

Busy location. Terrible parking lot. My cup smelled like perfume. I would suggest the baristas or other employees not use perfume whilst handling fresh lids and cups.
