I often order coffee from this Starbucks located in front of my apartment. Just earlier, I ordered an Iced Americano and a Matcha Frappuccino. As I walked out sipping my drink, I felt there wasn’t enough ice, so I went back in and kindly asked for some extra ice. The staff member kindly added more ice to my drink. While I was outside taking care of my dog, I accidentally spilled the coffee I had placed on the table. As I was wiping the table with napkins, one of the staff members saw what happened and said, “I’ll make you a new one,” before preparing a fresh drink for me.
I hadn’t even asked yet — the staff member noticed the situation and offered to help before I said anything.
Remaking a drink due to a customer’s mistake is not something that should be expected — it’s a generous and thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciate it.
Special thanks to the blonde girl who kindly helped when I asked for extra ice, and to the short-haired man with glasses who helped with the order and made the replacement drink. Thank you both so much for your kindness!

I had very bad experience. I’m a Starbucks lover (but this store has no parking spot to park and watch out if you park next to Starbucks they will give you a ticket. It’s like a trap. I got the ticket for $98 for two minute parking try another store

I came to this Starbucks to check out the snoopy yellow mug, the lady told me they will start on Tuesday March 25. I went there this morning, same person told me they sold out yesterday!!!
If it was available yesterday! I've asked several times, but I’ve turned down and today I'm told they sold out yesterday! I'll never visit this place again!

My age is 60 years old and I'm with diabetes, I came to this Starbucks, and when I wanted to use the washroom, I asked the cashier if she could open the locked washroom for me. She said NO I can't open the washroom door for you. You need to buy something from use first and then you can use our washroom!!! She was very rode and aggressive.
