Busy location. Terrible parking lot. My cup smelled like perfume. I would suggest the baristas or other employees not use perfume whilst handling fresh lids and cups.Parking: It gets busy!! Parking is really limited.

I got something I never tried before because I was a little skeptical she did offer to make me another drink for free! (I declined). Brie was the sweetest Starbucks worker, definitely worth the money I spent for the service I received!

My hubby and I had a large lattes yesterday in this location. Shortly after I got so sick ? from this I had to go home from work , spend my whole afternoon in misery with a food poisoning ( Starbucks milk ) . My hubby got sick to, but not bad like me . I told my daughter what happened , she said she went though exactly the same thing previously ( also Starbuck some other location ) . Today I feel better , but still have some issues…. Truly disappointing experience for sure, I paid handsomely for the coffee and lost the afternoon hours from work …

I wanted to grab a cup of tea and have a meeting inside the shop, however the music was way too loud so I decided to step outside. While I was outside one of the ladies practically kicked me out the premises when she was closing which is understandable but not in the way she did it. As I was picking up my things IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MEETING, there was a homeless person who was watching me and starting to follow me so I asked the lady if I could please wait inside for like 3 mins for my uber and after saying “No I cannot do that” she went inside and closed the door shut. Overall not a nice experience with the staff as they should be more attentive and assertive.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks almost daily for 2 years since I moved to the area. Nothing bothered me more than the $5 tip option. Today I noticed it was just selected and I tapped my card after doing a double take. I immediately demanded a refund. Reviewing my card statement I noticed that there were multiple transactions where my $6 cup of coffee also had a $5 tip added to it. Unacceptable. If you’re in a hurry in the morning please double check before you tap the card.

Good location and good accessibility.service is good.The menu comes out differently than my order.I ordered several times through the app, but it doesn't come out correctly. If I do take-out through the drive-thru,they are miss something. I have to walk in.

Some of the lady staffs are unfriendly!!! Not helpful at all and I am a great fan of Starbucks!!!! It’s convenient to me because it’s closer to my work place. I’d move to a different one if I am not getting a good help from me, it’s happened several times.I am just worked out there for an order about $43! I was having trouble ordered by mobile app and that why I was asking for help but have no luck!!! The response around the staffs are awful!! They were totally ignored me.
