Order a decaf coffee & stood in mobile for 15 minutes while my coffee was ignored yet numerous other people who orders after me all got their coffee. Girl in pink hair even asked me about my order so she knew I was there to pick up. Goes on ignoring me. I finally get my coffee which Luke warm. No apology, just a condescending have a good day. Go to Safeway so they can redo my coffee which only took a few minutes but yet again not even warm! I’m done supporting an over priced business who can’t even hire people that make a hot coffee

Waited 10 minutes for my order, only to notice after I drove off that they only filled my grande cup up 3/4 full. I know the whip takes up some space but this is actually ridiculous. I am a regular customer at another store and have never been served a $6 drink that short before. Thanks for the reminder to never tip at a new store. will not return to this location.

I came in today to get a pumpkin loaf. The guy at the counter said they ran out of it. Then I ordered a banana loaf instead and I asked him if he had change for a 100 since thats all I had, he said no he doesn't so I walked out empty handed. I won't be back to this establishment again. It takes days to have a regular and it takes a second to lose one and you just lost one.

Mens bathroom absolutely disgusting. Unwashed push code and twist entry....Greasy unwashed handle in and out. No sanitizer. Told Starbucks staff....they don't care. Not their problem apparently. GROSS. DISGUSTING! If staff uses this washroom....I would be super concerned!

Starbucks is Starbucks. Overpriced beverages and Overpriced treats. But we do it regardless. I definitely cut way down on my Starbucks addiction. Simply can't afford it anymore. And now they're prompting you for a tip when you pay by debit. Which I don't care for now which is why I go less. Starbucks is already Overpriced...now you want a tip? Shouldn't be called Starbucks...should very called 7 bucks. Because you won't leave without spending and less than 7 bucks. No tip for you!!!!!

It would appear that online orders distort the in store customers view of how long it will take for the staff to fill an order. A board showing approximate time to fill orders woukd help those customers that walk in and order.Long wait times for orders to be filled. Manager needs to get more staff for busy periods.
It’s my first time getting Starbucks in Canada and the experience was not too good . Client service was okay we have three orders and two were wrong , but the staff apologised and fixed those quickly maybe it’s near closing hour so they were rushing . I am utterly disappointed with my $6.75 iced strawberry oat milk matcha drink , I requested half sweet so the sweetness is okay but I would not expect it comes with three very small thin pieces of strawberries . When I got my drink , I couldn’t even see those three tiny pieces and asked the staff if they missed putting the strawberries . this is the worst and most embarrassing drink I have purchased and the price is wayyy too high. Yea I know oat milk n matcha power is pricy, but the drink texture is super watery , the matcha powder sinks at bottom and didn’t dissolve which I understands . All my friends have our jaws dropped and to be fair the new salted caramel cold brew Tue other day my family got was good . Overall i am really disappointed and would not purchase again in short while

I frequent this location as I work close by and the staff here are always super friendly! I have had the pleasure of Tanner being there when I’m having one on one meeting and he always makes sure to ask how everything is going, not just in a typical “this is my job” way, but in a very genuine way! Plus he always remembers the little things which is an impressive skill so much so that I would say he probably deserves a raise! Plus the coffee is good too ?

My go-to in Dalhousie for matcha lattes. It’s in the Indigo Bookstore but has its own entrance. Service is quick and friendly. A bit on the small side, but cozy overall.
