Tried the pistachio-crusted salmon from State & Main and it was excellent! The salmon was grilled perfectly and the pistachio crust added a great nutty flavor that paired really well. The sides of coleslaw and Caesar salad were fresh and tasty too. Overall, a delicious dish—I’m looking forward to trying other items on their menu soon!

DAN is a amazing addition to the team, to the brand and name. Makes me happy to see people still care about hospitality the way I do!
