I grab fish here every Tuesday on special and it is amazing every time. The workers are always super polite and welcoming.

I always forget to take photos whenever we come in here, because we always end up devouring the food right away. We finally found a fish and chips place near where we live, and it does not disappoint. Even better promos and selections than Joey’s. My wife is a fish and chips convert because of Streats and never misses ordering the shrimp tacos no matter which day. Now we always look forward to Tuesday. I did not get the chance to ask for the staff’s names! But we always talk and service is always delightful. Looking forward to seeing them again and again and again!

This place is great; a staple if I need a quick bite and I'm not feeling like going to the grocery store to make something myself. I'm a busy guy, so having the options in the area is always welcome, but I've also had the pleasure of getting to know the guys that work at the StrEats here in braeside firsthand and they've been nothing but friendly and accommodating to me from day one. Besides the food, they make returning to the location worth it.

I know most of the staff by name now, and they greet me with a smile whenever I walk in the door. They know what I normally order, and make suggestions when they think there's something I may enjoy. I normally get the pierogi poutine, and they've also given me an extra pierogi or two unprompted as thanks for being a regular customer, which is always a welcome treat.

Can't recommend this place enough, head over, grab a bite, and get to know the guys. They do a great job, and you won't regret it.

Love the food. Love the location. Love the prices. A total ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. My critique would be the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables are often sticky or dirty and the back cooking area has been dirty-looking too. It doesn’t always give a “food-safe” vibe but I’ve watched them cook and they seem to know what they’re doing. :)

I love the fish and chips most! Tuesdays are the best price to enjoy them. The mango shrimp taco is killer too!

The service has always been great. The owners/workers are all polite and considerate. In terms of my cleanliness critique, they’ve always hustled to clean a table if it’s needed. And, if an order’s taken too long, they’ve given a free taco coupon for the trouble.

Food tasted ok. Ive had better bowls but certainly have had worse. I paid for extra protein and still didnt feel like it was enough. Maybe ill try a different item than a bowk next time. I got the jerk chicken bowl. 7 out of 10
