Ordered this as take out for the first time. Had the Mexican poutine that absolutely no cheese curds or flavor and the fish also had to taste and was so greasy.

The food is fine...but I was gifted a $100 gift card from strEATS in October 2022. I went to use it shortly after I won their Instagram contest and after ordering food for 5 people (spending over $100) was told they can't process gift cards, so I payed out of pocket. Since then, I have called 2 different Calgary locations, on 4 separate occasions to find out if their "system" is finally working. 1.5 years later, and I consistently get the same response. That it should be fixed soon. Why would they run a contest for a gift card...if they can't accept gift cards?!? Called the Braeside location today and was offered no alternative, just told to wait a few months. Last time I checked the Beltline location said that I could get in touch with the manager, and if I know the date and time I'm coming, they could potentially arrange for me to use the full credit...but if it's just me or me and another person, that's a lot of food to buy in one go.

I had previously given a 5 star review because their food is seriously good - quality is usually great and tastes amazing, well priced.However - I've had the below happen the last 5 times I've ordered, which is why I'm editing my original review. They are SO stingy on sauce and cheese, it's comical. Poutines have barely any cheese and not enough gravy to properly eat even half of the fries. I ordered the garlic shrimp fries most recently, which is supposed to be fries topped with cheese, garlic sauce and shrimp. What I got was a giant bowl of fries with less than a teaspoon of sauce, maybe 4 pieces of grated cheese (shrimp portion was good and cooked perfectly). It's too bad because the singular bite I was able to get containing the ingredients listed was delicious, after that I was just eating dry plain fries. It's too bad because I used to love the food/vibe here.

Fish and chips were very greasy, lacked flavour and the fish was cut very thin. It was close to noon and the place was practically empty. I now see why. The quality has dropped significantly in the past couple of years.
Craving something, they probably have it! Haha, plus you can tell they use quality ingredients. Awesome chain, I'll keep in mind going forward. Thank you so much! Highly recommend gochujang bowl if you like mild-medium heat with lots of veggies and protein.Parking: It can be difficult to find parking within 15 M during rush time, but there's lots of parking around.

Been coming here since they opened, prime spot for fish and chips and poutine! Taco deals are on point. I tried their new burger and it was exceptional for 10$ and cooked perfectly. Appreciate this place.
