West Springs strEATS has great food selection as well as prompt and friendly service. The variety on the menu is great as both my husband and I like different food and we can both get what we want without compromising. Highly recommend trying the Mango Shrimp Tacos and Perogy Poutine at this location!

I've been here a few times now and I have found this to be a quite enjoyable fast and healthy food stop.

The food options here are quite extensive and allow unlimited customization to meet dietary requirements. Avoiding various things such as dairy and pork have been no issue here for me. I've quite enjoyed the shrimp and chicken options available for various bowls.

We tried this place for the first time. The food is absolutely delicious! Friendly staff who helped give us good recommendations! Food was so yummy we forgot to take a photo. Will update next time we come back!
