Came here last Wednesday (August 13) and ordered a turkey breast sub right before lunch. The employee made my sub, put it in the toaster oven, and with the same gloves she used to make my sub, proceeds to take my cash and give me cash back. That’s okay. But after handling the cash, she didn’t change the gloves, or wash her hands, and went to make another persons sub + finish mine. Very unhygienic especially after just handling cash. I think you should be training your employees not to handle cash with the same gloves they use to make a sandwich. Her name started with an R. Nice lady, but didn’t know her food safety.

My Bad Day that I got my 2 footlongs made here, regretting as the food quality is not the same in every Subway. Horrible , sauces tasted bland & veggies, specifically Spinach was outdated , chicken was tasted bad & veggie patty was way tasted bland & nothing fresh🤮😭Not Again . Seriously it's better to Starve rather having your money spent on old breads, outdated veggies or sauces. Not Again. I prefer 5th Avenue Palace Subway over this one. Really Disappointed.

Scammers. Do not order online. Order 2 sandwich’s, no cheese on either. Steak and bacon has no bacon. Happens all the time ive noticed with certain locations. They’re doing it to save money knowing you won’t notice til after you’ve left or likely won’t say anything if you eat nearby. No recourse afterwards within the subway app besides calling the location.
Also notice if you don’t pay attention to them making it when ordering in person you get less meat and/or cheese.

To ensure my veggie sub has no cross contamination with any meat, pork, etc. I asked Sukhman to make my footlong with veggies from the back storage as Subway employees touch the veggies in the front with the same gloves as they touched th bacon, chicken, and meat for other customers. Sukhman took no issue with my dietary restriction (Halal with no cross contamination) and made the sub. I am very pleased with her service. Thank you Sukhman 🙏

Doesn’t even deserve a star tbh. Floppy sandwich and disrespectful workers. Speaking their native language talking bad about me because I asked about where is my order when I was first in line she gives me attitude and I had to pay with having the worst sandwich. Rip Tim Hortons and Subway used to be everyone’s favourite go to place nowadays you’re lucky if you get what you asked for.
