A female employee on these shifts has been repeatedly rude, which creates an uncomfortable environment. This has made me hesitant to choose this location, despite my preference for your products.

Really friendly workers here, everybody comes here and gives them disrespect every single day, but I see they are just trying to do their job and they don’t deserve the disrespect.

Poor customer service from lovely, i placed movile order mistakenly at this location, i called them after 1 minute of placing order, she was being rude without even listening that i am 30kms away, please guide me to cancel the order. She lied by saying order is ready, while i had the expected time to be 10:45 am, it was still in processing. Poor behaviour.

I usually visit this place from Monday to Saturday to get my Ham Sandwich. I saw those girls everyday who works very hard. Hats off to them to serve me patiently in the lunch rush. Something strange I saw today. I don’t know if she is the manager or owner, yelling at them rudely. Such a ridiculous behaviour. She should respect them, trying to be over sweet with the customers. Customer service doesn’t matter if you are rude with the employees.
Even When I asked the woman if she gets tips, she said yes. But the other day when I asked those girls who work there if they get tips, they said no. Even though She is getting their tips too to make her ends meet.
