I ask for foot long for my 6 years old daughter she made it without chicken I came back to ask where is the chicken she said it is frozen it is in microwave i told her I want you to fix it she got really mad and paid my money back and got the food from my daughter hand told me I don’t want to sell you food I work 12 hour today kick me out of store with my kids and called the soccer centre security on me please don’t go ever to this place.

This has to be the worst subway in the city. I recently stopped by the soccer center and noticed that even tho there hours of operation said they were open 5-8pm they where not. After some time they eventually opened up at 7pm. I had the chicken bacon ranch sub and a bag of chips. The girl at the counter ignored me the entire time. Rude as well. No customer service skills what's so ever. She then proceeded to over charge me instead of just charging me for my one sub she charged me for 4 subs then realized her mistake and blamed me for it. Once I left home to eat my food after the horrible experience. I began to feel sick right after eating there sub. I ended up having diarrhea all night due to there food. I'm never eating anything from there again and do not recommend you eating there either.

Definitely never coming back to this location. Me and my family ordered some subs from this place during our soccer tournament and ended up getting very sick later on in the evening. The avocado used on 3 of the subs smelled foul, the beef used had mold in it. No care for the food at this location at all. Extremely disappointed owners should feel ashamed to be running a dirty place like that. If zero was available as a number to pick out of zero to ten this place would get a zero for sure.

I looked up hours online and they said they were open 24 hours but they did not answer their phone I drove all the way to the location and wasn’t able to find this Subway so I called again to see where it is and there’s no answer very disappointed would never recommend this subway to anyone thank you
